I stayed at Five Hotel Malang for a short trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel looks modern and clean, and the atmosphere feels calm from the moment you enter the lobby. The room was spacious enough, the bed was really comfortable, and everything was well-prepared. I also noticed that the housekeeping team kept the room tidy every day, which made the stay even better.
The staff were very polite and always ready to help. I asked for an early check-in and they really tried their best to make it happen, so I really appreciate that. Their customer service definitely exceeded my expectations.
Breakfast was also satisfying. Not a huge variety like a 5-star hotel, but everything tasted good and fresh. I especially liked the local menu options. The dining area was clean and cozy, so it was nice to start the day there.
The location is strategic and easy to reach. There are cafés, minimarkets, and restaurants nearby, and it doesn’t take long to go to the city center or tourist spots in Malang. It’s very convenient if you’re traveling with friends or family.
Overall, Five Hotel Malang gives a comfortable experience with affordable price. Good service, pleasant rooms, and a modern atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malang, and I would be happy to stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs who offered you a smile everytime they saw you. Shops of all sort are within walking distance.

I stayed at Fave Hotel Malang recently. The check-in took a bit longer because there was quite a long queue, but the staff handled it well. I booked through an app and requested a room on a higher floor, but they gave me one on the 2nd floor instead. Luckily, it wasn’t near the elevator, which I really appreciate because I prefer a quieter room away from the foot traffic. Overall, it was still a good experience. I hope the service stays consistent or even better in the future. One suggestion: it would be great if they could provide smart TVs in the rooms.

The rooms and service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rekomendation hotel in Malang City, breakfast menu is so delicious, and have mini playground for my kids in the restaurant. Staff very kind, check in proses is so easy and fast, this experience its so wonderfull.
