Ennys Guest House

This is my favorite place to stay in Malang. Great location with excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable with good AC and hot showers. There are also lots of comfortable areas to sit and relax or chat. They even have a kitchen you can use with a nice dinning area!

Comfortable and clean room. Hot water shower is nice and the host is friendly.
There is also safe parking for motorcycle and cars.
Would definitely stay here again in Malang.

Loved our stay here. Staffs are extremely helpful. It has shared kitchen and a nice common area to relax. Location is very central 10 min to train station and many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and city attractions nearby.

My birthplace 🤭, Malang is, Batu is neighbor to it. The 6 of us booked 4 rooms on a very short notice, through our friend's friend. Voilá : got then and love thrm. So homey! And the owner : ooohhh… reminds me of my late mom. A Javanese grandmere with colonial Dutch upbringing. Do stay in Enny's Guest House when you visit Batu and/or Malang.

This place is great. It's close to restaurants and a grocery store that sells beer. The man at the desk is not great. He takes the toaster away fairly early in the morning, he seemed fake and probably doesn't like Westerners. They offer bread for breakfast with peanut butter and jelly. There are soft drinks and small waters in the kitchen area downstairs for purchase. There is a kitchen to use, but they don't want you cooking major meals and making a big mess. There is a fridge one can use also. The rooms have good air conditioners. Some of the rooms are bigger than others. They have 52 rooms. There are sinks in every bathroom, and some of the smaller rooms have a shower relatively close to the toilet. For the most part the staff is very friendly. The folks at the desk during the day speak English very well. You can smoke everywhere but in the rooms. There is plenty of seating and table space for dining. They have an open-air garden area that's pretty nice and get us sun. They Temples in the area use loud speakers and start chanting at 4am. So stay downstairs to avoid the noisy rooms. Also, upstairs has no Wi-Fi.

We had a lovely stay at Enny’s! The staff are all so lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, we were able to do laundry and check in at 7am after our night train! Very much appreciated😃

7.972817, 112.616530 On a busy western main road into town, this guesthouse is a clash of many buildings and outbuildings spread over three floors. It has many doorways, hidden passages and secret staircases. Every room has a different layout. Nearby are many restaurants and a modern supermarket.
In September 2023, our room was 16, not 16a, on 3F with a very hard double bed, television, air-conditioning, good Wi-Fi reception and hot shower. Nothing more. Cleaning and maintenance were reasonable. Breakfast consisted of slices of wholemeal bread with an omelette, peanut butter and Dutch hagelslag. Colonial connection. Service is good.
Enny’s guesthouse is a simple stopover hotel.

Everything was fine till a bunch of family booked 2 or 3 rooms next and in front of mine. It was 9 pm, kids were running, crying laughed so loudly. Even an adult woman talked on the phone so loudly. They were very very noisy and annoying! Even their parents just let their kids that way. It continued until around 11 pm. It was my most annoyed stay experience.

Located in the center of Malang city. Very near to almost everywhere. Many food restaurants and stalls nearby within walking distance with a lot of choices. The house was quite old but well maintained. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, hot water for shower, clean towels are available in every room, the price is cheap and they provide simple breakfast for free. Free flow tea, coffee and water. Enough parking lot.
