Adisa Homestay is a great place to stay in malang with great room : clean and confortable.
People from reception were very accomodating as they gave me a quieter room to make sure I can rest well since I was coming back from Mount merbabu. Roby were especially friendly.
I strongly recommend this place.
We are a family with one child, booked a twin bed room.
The room is very clean beyond our expectations. The room is very comfortable, we stayed here for 3 days (6-8 jun).
Strategic location with the center of Malang city.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Malang.

NOT A REAL HOMESTAY, nobody lives here it's just a cheap hotel. Everything was dirty. There is no room service and no refrigerator. Rooms (we've seen 4 of them) had spots of mold. Huge chunks of black mold in the bathrooms. Sheets and towels were dusty and stained. Leaky faucets in every room. Bathroom full of stains, because they only wipe the floor it seems, no actual cleaning (we've seen someone clean a room, it was done very hurried). If you stay for multiple nights your room never gets cleaned. There are also no nightstands or lights next to the bed. Also barely any storage in form of closets.
There are also two mosques right next to this place, so prepare for a lot of noise at 4:00am.
On the other hand, the workers were friendly and the roof terrace was really nice. Location good too. Warung across the street is also recommended.
Yes this place is cheap but it doesn't warrant the lies on the Booking. Com page.
EDIT: The response of the owner is strange. Why would they give me an unfinished room? And after we requested another room, we found out the new bathroom was full of mold.
