Homey and comfy, bed and air con are perfect. Shower maybe need to be fix a bit but the hot water just working well. Location just perfect, nice food can be found just within walking distance, close from city center, easy to arrange tours and quiet at night. Price is good. Maybe some addition at the kitchen like stove and fridge can be a good idea. If you like to do budget travelling this is a good place to stay there. Recommended.
Comfy and peaceful. Suitable for simple backpackers who just need a simple "home" for transit during trips.

I honestly don't know why this place has 4.7 stars (at the time of review). First of all, the service was bad. There wasn't anyone on the front desk when I checked in, making things confusing (haven't been informed beforehand how to enter the premises, etc). Building condition were also very old and slightly run down, because after I checked in to my assigned bed, apparently the roofing broke, hence making my bed dirty. Thankfully they changed me to another bed in a better condition (although some water spots on the roof). Room was ok and so-so, wasn't expecting much from this price. Common area was dirty, and the toilet were also kinda dirty. Mosquitoes everywhere, be prepared to bring your own lotion. Access to the premise is kinda hard at night, since many of the roads are closed, making access difficult. Staffs said that there would be someone to open and close the gate (of the road) if I wanna access the premise, but he wouldn't open the gate and instead told me to take a detour through another way (which adds approximately 5-10 mins to the trip, since it's slightly complicated to get there). Don't expect much with this price, if it's possible, increase your budget slightly and find a better accomodations.
