I tried to request a refund because the hotel is located very far from my actual destination, which I found unreasonable and inconvenient.
Unfortunately, the hotel showed no flexibility at all regarding my refund request, even though my reasoning was clearly explained. This experience made me feel undervalued as a guest.
I hope the management can be more transparent about the location and more flexible when handling special situations in the future. This would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I had a truly wonderful 3-night stay at Front One Budget Hotel Gresik. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
A special appreciation to Mr. Adi Wijanarko, the General Manager, whose leadership clearly reflects in the hospitality culture of the entire team. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.
My sincere thanks also to Mr. Jazillah and Ms. Shela from the F&B Service — they went above and beyond to ensure every meal and coffee break was pleasant and memorable. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and cheerful attitude truly made my mornings brighter.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gresik — not just for its comfort and value, but for the exceptional people who make your stay special. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!
