Elmi Hotel

The hotel itself is nice, and I know Elmi is considered a good hotel. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very poor. The staff—from the security guards to the waiters and receptionists—were unprofessional and showed a lack of care.
To make matters worse, while I was sitting in the restaurant, I saw a RAT inside the dining area. When I reported this to the staff, the response was completely unacceptable: “Yes sir, it’s JUST a rat, it’s normal. ”
This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards a hotel like this should uphold.

Awesome. The best in Surabaya by far. Only hotel that has an Olympic sized (50m) pool and real full sized gym. One can also order special food requests at no extra cost such as a white egg omlette.
