Elmi Hotel features a large and spacious parking lot with plenty of trees providing pleasant shade. Despite overall positive feedback regarding the size of the parking area, some guests had concerns about the security staff, noting that they might not assist with directing vehicles. Additionally, valet parking may incur an extra fee, which was a point of dissatisfaction for one guest.

Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Many guests praise the team for their friendliness, prompt check-in service, and luggage assistance. At the same time, there are complaints about front desk staff impoliteness, unprofessional security personnel, and an inappropriate remark made by an employee regarding a guest's attire. Instances of slow check-in (waiting over 30 minutes for a room) were also noted.
