Giri Palma Hotel

Room is disgusting, I never see dirty room like that, they don't care about cleaning. In the bathroom have so many used shampoo bottle, they even all used shampoo keep in bathroom, all floor full with girl hair, on the bed also. No have tissue, no have shampoo or soap, clogged sink and another disgusting things on the table even I don't understand what's that. How is possible they keep room disgusting like that, room is more than 300k but they dont care cleaning. I changed 2 room but all 2 is same dirty. It's impossible to stay room like that but they didn't want refund money. Hotel to far from everything and nothing special around hotel. Near hotel they repair another building or vs that why all area is construction material. First weird and funny thing is for parking bike area there is no have any roof or to protect bike from sun or rain. At room internet signal so weak and also after connect to Wi-Fi stilI don't work. Even at room I wanted drink coffee but they put cheap cooffee need filter after boil and more funny thing is they just put glass nothing chopstick or anything to mix coffee. After I see all dirty disgusting things I couldn't sleep all night because even I'm not sure they changed bed sheet or not. I wanted cancel booking but receptionist boy said can't cancel than I must sleep this dirty room.

The location is great, the grab comes fast to pick you up (10 min. To city centre) or 30 min walk to the first coffees. However the room was really dirty, the shower pressure was very weak, we couldn’t flush the toilet because there was no water, almost no water coming out of the sink and the Wi-Fi was not working great. We also only got 1 keycard for the room. What was nice was the restaurant they have there and the staff is really friendly and helpful!
