Room is disgusting, I never see dirty room like that, they don't care about cleaning. In the bathroom have so many used shampoo bottle, they even all used shampoo keep in bathroom, all floor full with girl hair, on the bed also. No have tissue, no have shampoo or soap, clogged sink and another disgusting things on the table even I don't understand what's that. How is possible they keep room disgusting like that, room is more than 300k but they dont care cleaning. I changed 2 room but all 2 is same dirty. It's impossible to stay room like that but they didn't want refund money. Hotel to far from everything and nothing special around hotel. Near hotel they repair another building or vs that why all area is construction material. First weird and funny thing is for parking bike area there is no have any roof or to protect bike from sun or rain. At room internet signal so weak and also after connect to Wi-Fi stilI don't work. Even at room I wanted drink coffee but they put cheap cooffee need filter after boil and more funny thing is they just put glass nothing chopstick or anything to mix coffee. After I see all dirty disgusting things I couldn't sleep all night because even I'm not sure they changed bed sheet or not. I wanted cancel booking but receptionist boy said can't cancel than I must sleep this dirty room. By the way if you want find receptionist boy you need scream and look everywhere because there is no ring and that boy never stay front of table, I share all real photo about room. I just can't understand this hotel how get good rewards and point.

They give me disgusting room and they told to tiket. Com costumer stayed until check out time! That is lie I check out 6:30 am. All night I waited mail from tiket. Com but they also don't care. I have a lot of pictures but still tiket. Com asking to hotel for cancelation. If I checkout directly after check-in still they will say customer stayed until check out time. How I can proff what time I check out. I have proof about dirty room than it must be refund directly, doesn't matter I stayed hotel or not. They cheated already, that's the important one.
