Central City Family Residence by OYO Rooms

The hotel is very close to Pasar Turi station, with a distance of about 1 km. A GrabCar ride from the station takes very little time and costs approximately 11,000 rupiahs. Due to this location, the hotel is suitable for those who need a place to stay while waiting for their train departure.

Motorcycle parking is open-air, but guests note that the staff is reliable and even assists with additional security for the vehicles. The situation with car parking is more complex: one guest complained about a lack of clear organization, resulting in repeated requests to move their car, which the staff handled in a rude manner.

The reception desk operates 24 hours a day, and check-in is possible even late at night. Most guests describe the staff and owner as very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. However, there are isolated complaints regarding staff rudeness, particularly in parking situations or when attempting to check in without an online booking. The hotel resolves issues promptly; for example, a guest's room was changed to a quieter one with a balcony following a noise complaint.

The hotel provides a free drinking water refill option, which guests appreciate as an excellent way to save money. At the same time, some visitors note that free bottles of water may not be provided in the rooms upon arrival.

Soundproofing in some rooms leaves much to be desired. Guests with rooms facing the main road complain about loud noise from motorcycle exhausts. Additionally, due to the proximity to the market, sounds of market activity can be heard in the early morning hours (before 6 AM).

Opinions on the condition of the rooms are divided. Many guests find the rooms clean, tidy, and consistent with the photos on Traveloka. However, there are complaints about dirty bed linens and worn-out furniture. In some rooms (especially the single bed category), there is very little space, making it uncomfortable for guests even to perform prayers.

Certain room categories feature private balconies, which guests viewed positively. However, for long-term stays, drying clothes may be an issue as there are no dedicated areas for this. As an alternative, the hotel provides laundry services.

Most reviews describe the hotel as very clean, noting the freshness of towels and blankets. Common bathrooms on the floors are generally kept clean. At the same time, individual guests have complained about dirty bed linens, an untidy appearance of the lobby, and insufficient cleanliness in some restrooms.

Most rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which guests describe as cold and effective. However, in some budget options, the AC may not be powerful enough, and in some rooms, the ventilation system is shared with the adjacent room due to the partition walls.

Towels and tissues are provided in the rooms, and some include televisions. Warm water is available in the bathrooms (both shared and private), although some guests reported that the water heater in their room was not working. Personal toiletries and dental kits are not included in the rooms.

The hotel has a gym; however, guests note that it requires updating, as some machines are broken and poorly maintained.
