I’ve stayed in many hotels before, from cheap ones to expensive ones, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s a budget hotel, I chose it because it’s close to my husband’s workplace and there’s a mall underneath, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the poor hospitality made me and my little kid check out right away at 10 PM. Clearly, the staff need proper training in hospitality.
The hotel is above a mall which is nice for direct access to food if you don't feel like facing the busy traffic. The bed was really nice. The room was high up, 9th floor, but you could unfortunately still hear the mosque troughout the day. Maybe that was because of the window that was broken and they could not fix or give us another room. So yeah guess bad luck for us. The breakfast wasnt great either. The staff did their best but the indonesian food was a bit blend and the western food. Just some cheap bread. Fruit not sweet. Gym was also poor, dirty and very minimal. Maybe for the price I should not complain. Staff was friendly though.

We had a terrible night at this hotel. We were woken up at 5:00 a. M. By a group of around 30 guests who gathered in front of our room and made extremely loud noise until 6:30 a. M. We asked them several times to keep it quiet. We also called reception; they said they would handle it, but nothing happened.
This completely erased the otherwise good service we experienced during check-in and the comfort of the bed. After the guests finally left, there was trash left on the floor. Their behavior was unacceptable and resembled that of animals in a zoo.
I believe the hotel should not tolerate or accept this kind of low-level behavior from guests.
