I honestly could not recommend staying here more. We’ve travelled for over 3 months and this was our favourite stay. The family were so lovely, kind and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, we had a Bromo tour and they lent us warm clothes & for a waterfall hike lent us water shoes. The rooms are so homely and the kitchen is an extra touch that makes it feel even more comfortable. They truly made our experience in Malang so special.

What a place to stay! The most lovely and hardworking family I have ever met. They go above and beyond—when we wanted to walk Mt. Bromo, they arranged everything for us at a good price and even provided lights and warm clothes, as we didn’t have any with us.
The area is great, very close to many restaurants and other amenities such as hairdressers, shops, and pharmacies. It’s also in good proximity to Malang Airport.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Homestay run by the kindest of people. We came with our 2 kids aged 4 and 8 and they were treated and welcomed in a great way.
From the first contact the staff was super helpful to organize our transfer from Surabaya and 2 excursions to Bromo and the waterfall. The place is spectacularly clean and has very nice common spaces, kitchen and terraces.
It’s located in a quiet area a bit out of town but you have all you need nearby and you can get to the city in 20 minutes by Grab.
Absolutely loved it and definitely recommend to stay here.

This hotel was just OUTSTANDING. We had booked just one night as a stopover between Bromo and our following destination, but the room was so comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and we had such a great feeling staying there, that we decided to stay one more night just to enjoy our resting time. Beautiful communal kitchen, nicely equipped and also spotless. Friendly, super-efficient staff that manage the place to perfection. Especially recommended to long-term travellers that need a bit of comfort — super good value for money!

I really loved INNI Homestay from the moment I arrived until I left. In fact, I didn't want to leave. It is very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and the owners are very attuned to the needs of tourists. For example they helped me set up my KAI app for the trains. It's in an outer suburb. However, it's a very beautiful, upmarket, suburb. In addition, there are many, many eateries in the immediate vicinity, right from small street stalls in the morning selling breakfast to very posh restaurants and everything in between. It's perfectly easy to get a Grab into the centre of Malang when you need to, for around 20, 000 rupiah. I really cannot speak highly enough of my stay here. It was just wonderful.

This was the best home stay we have ever been to!
The rooms were very clean, they have a nice kitchen area with plenty of seating and coffee/tea for free 24/7. There are drinks available for purchase in a fridge. The owners were so friendly and gave us breakfast and coffee suggestions in the area. They even took us to the bus terminal in the morning since it was close so we didn’t have to pay for a grab. Overall an amazing experience and glad we were able to stay!

Fantastic! Irene and the family are amazing. They were extremely helpful with some things we needed to organise during our stay. We also really enjoyed the house and location. Make sure you are not only doing some trips but also enjoy the area. Malang is really nice as well.

Amazing staff and service. Family affair with mom and daughter leading operations and customer service. Room was spacious, nice open patios for relaxation, peaceful location. Staff can advise on tours to restaurants. We ate at a restaurant they recommended and booked a Bromo tour with them and both were amazing. They can arrange both private and group tours. We actually booked a second hotel closer to the city center and regretted it, as it did not match the serenity and peacefulness of INNI.

The location is perfect for those seeking a quiet escape. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to Malang's main attractions.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was one of the highlights of my experience in Malang. The hospitality is on another level. The place was impeccably clean. It was SO cute and homey. Anna and the team were so helpful and so flexible about the arrangements!
They also coordinate trips to the waterfall and sunrise Bromo. I ended up doing Bromo with Moto East Java (R 500K with private guide), but it’s nice to have options.
The location is NOT in the middle of town, but grab taxis are super cheap and it was very relaxing going into the quiet neighborhood. It’s reminds me of Coral Gables in Miami with all the mansions.
Anyway, you cannot do better! I will stay here again!

I had a wonderful time there with my girlfriend! The place is clean and lovely. I especially liked the three terraces. The staff is sooo friendly and they even organized everything for us. The offered bromo tour was also amazing. They even helped us booking a bus to our next stop in banyuwangi. I can highly recommend this accomodation:)

If you look for any hostel or hotel, Book this house. I am sure you will not regret. Even if the house is a little far from downtown, the other merits make you forget the distance.
