  Please inform Dea's House Homestay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

  Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

  Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

  A damage deposit of Rp 100,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

  Entry to the property will be closed between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00

  Child policies: Children older than 17 years are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

  The minimum age for check-in is 18

  Pets are not allowed.
