The location is close if you want to go anywhere. The place is comfortable, clean and the space is quite spacious. Sufficient air circulation and light add to my and my family's comfort.

The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the views provided are also very good, the location is close to everywhere because the location is strategic, really recommended!

This hotel is huge! For a moment I checked my map to ensure that I’m at the correct location. The hotel is at a peaceful part of the city. The check-in process was easy.

It's fine. The service was bad, receptionist was insanely hated her life so bad. But the room itself was okay, kinda old looking. They offer laundry that is integrated to the hotel itself.

Its in great location, with Coban Rondo waterfall nearby and a place called labirinth to play. They are quite secluded and the acces for 1 car is kinda scary. But the cabin is nice and quite cozy.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, especially because I and my family stayed here in weekday. We booked the family type room that consists of 2 queen beds.

A legendary hotel with excellent services, they have great views and there's a cafe and also swimming pool, playground, strawberry garden (if you are lucky enough to come when they are in season).

We were tired of one villa that had some confusing check-in, but this villa we just checked in smoothly. The owner was helpful and very humble. The spacious house inside of rose garden farm.

Visiting this place on a peak season, little bit pricey. The room was so thighs, hot water was limited and the bed make an eerie sound when you move.
Access road to this place was not so good.

Beside its cleanliness & comfortable, this hotel had the best gimmick that I ever experienced. They had bolster in the room & the provided "indomie" in the breakfast.

The room was very clean and beautiful as it is a dutch heritage building. From my room, you can even see Mount Arjuna early in the morning.

A Wonderful Hillside Escape with Stunning City Views. Had a pleasant stay at here. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view.

We didn't stay at the cottage but at the hotel. Not sure how many cottage they have but the environment was really cozy. The hotel is just at the end of the corner of the cottage.

We stayed in a Family Room, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was sizable and had working hot water. The room was wonderful, as the pictures and descriptions show.

Our stay at Royal Hotel and Villa Batu was truly enjoyable.

For the overall service, the friendliness of the staff and the facilities are sufficient.
