Water heater, A/C & phone not working, hence we have to walk to the front desk. Upon letting them know, they came to fix it immediately. Plenty space to unpack your stuff — make up, hair dryer etc. Only 2 hangers provided. Cafe is in front of your room. Breakfast was ok. Pastry is hard & fruits are soggy. This area has grabfood, hence if you arrived late night & hungry, you have options.

Clean room, help full & friendly staff, excellent room attendant who always clean my room and refill tea coffee water, as well bathroom kit.

Overall ok… However it will be more convenient if the hotel staff / security handy to arrange the vehicles.
We as consumers who carry luggage have difficulty carrying suitcases if the position of other consumer vehicles is like this.
