Comveniently located at the quiet alley in the Batu city centre. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Batu but be careful when crossing the busy Jaksa Agung road. 5 mins drive to Museum Angkut. 3 mins drive to Lippo Plaza Batu.
Stayed in Deluxe room for 2 nights at a very reasonable price.
° Free flow of tea, coffee and drinking water located at the end of corridor.
° Sofa and lazy chair available for leisure at the balcony on 1st Floor.
° Gate are closed and locked at night.
° Bike for rent service (3rd party).
° Laundry service (3rd party).
° Friendly and helpful owner.
° Wide selections of local TV channels.

° Water pressure for shower is a bit too low.
° No sink available for face wash and brushing teeth.
