All rooms are on the second floor.
There are 6 air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms, including a sitting toilet and a hot and cold shower.
The ground floor can accommodate two cars.
There's a stove, magic com, and sink downstairs.
The upstairs area is a bit cramped.

1. The AC isn't cold; it needs a double fan.
2. The bed sheets, pillows, and blankets haven't been changed because they smell really bad.
3. The toothbrush and toothpaste are used. They weren't changed because when I wanted to use them, I opened the toothpaste and brushed my teeth and found dirt on them (meaning they were used by someone else. )
4. The location is far from anywhere, the closest one takes about 30 minutes.
5. The service is poor. I arrived in front of the house but couldn't get in. The person with the key hadn't left yet, so there was a long wait.
6. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush.
7. In one of the rooms, there was a ladder in the bathroom window that people could peek in on.

(+) Nice, clean room with good air circulation, clean bathroom, hot shower, towels and amenities. 140-size mattress, pillows, and blankets. Breakfast can be ordered via WhatsApp. Spacious indoor garage. Responsive, helpful, and friendly caretaker.
(-) Most of the rooms are on the second floor, which can be a bit difficult if you have large suitcases or elderly guests.
