Which 'Syariah' are we talking about.? The rack inside is for wine bottles as far as I know. The woman was really not friendly: upon arrival the woman came slowly to the gate although it was raining, we booked a room WITH WINDOW (otherwise it's like a prison cell/that's why I selected WINDOW), but she said sorry they are all fully booked. The app (booking. Com) clearly stated that there was a room with window available. She just showed the room and they were very humid, dark and smelly. I think it had been a while when someone stayed in these rooms before. I also found many black hairs on the mattress and around the bed, as cleanliness and hygiene expert (which is my job) I of course can see if they ever clean under or behind furniture (in this case the bed) : not.
I had to ask my self what the Wi-Fi password was, no information about anything, just here is the room and thats it, maybe she has some health issues I don't know but the customer service was really below any standards! I also wanted to go for fajr to the masjid but the gate was locked!? I then later saw in the daylight that you have to call a number if the gate is locked: again no information, its a piety because the place has a lot of potential but the management is so PASSIVE and non-customer friendly!
