We stayed for one night at Moxy Solo as a family during our vacation, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Since the hotel is still relatively new (around two years in operation), everything felt modern, fresh, and well-maintained.
The location is convenient, the hotel has a vibrant atmosphere, and the interior design is stylish and fun. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short family stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the team. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their positive attitude made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests.
Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the quality was satisfying. The public areas were also clean and inviting.
Although we gave this hotel a 5-star rating because we truly enjoyed our stay, there is still room for improvement as the property continues to mature. A few areas that could make the guest experience even better include expanding family-friendly facilities and activities for children, adding more seating in some common areas during busy periods, and continuing to refine service consistency during peak hours.
