Monoloog Hotel Solo

My first impression while seeing the hotel cover was absolutely ordinary. But it has a perfect room to stay for a/some night.

This is your standard, no-frills, 3-star hotel. It's fine if you're on a budget, The room is okay if you just want to sleep. There was no electric kettle inside the room, but there was a water dispenser for the floor, no instant coffee or tea.
But for just sleep and transit its fair enough and its on budget.

Strategic location near mall, near Surakarta's Palace, comfy room, modern style interior design. Food service is quite delicious when we visit but you have to go outside because the restaurant next to hotel.

Clean and tidy hotel, with very good service and helpful staffs. The parking officer is friendly, other staffs are friendly too. The room is not too big, but clean. The toilet is clean too with cold n hot shower, the AC is very cool. The elevator works with your card. They provide water dispenser outside your room with hot and cool water that works very well. Suggestion : better don't take breakfast package cause they just serve 1 set of menu which is rice, veggies, chicken/egg, fries, coffee, tea, water, if you're lucky you still can get fruit.

My stay came with free breakfast buffet — it consisted of a lot of fried food. The taste was okay if you just want to fill your stomach in the morning. The hotel has no laundry service, but there is a laundromat shop right in front of the hotel. They can also deliver your laundry to the front desk if you can't pick up before they close.

It's a budget Hotel so do not expect anything fancy.
Pretty decent with basic necessities, clean comfortable room, clothes hanger, TV, charger pods, toiletries.
Receptionist is helpful.
Only the breakfast is not really good.
Otherwise it's a nice place to stay while you in Solo, affordable price too.
Will be back next time.
