My room was given from the previous guests to me without cleaning or changing sheets!
It feels like someone is being lazy and trying his lack if client don't notice it complain.
I know from the hair on sheets and on pillow.
I complained and they fixed it. But trust me they cleaned the basics. Corners and less visible surfaces are very dirty.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel room feels modern with good furniture and amenities. But the cleaning service is really failing the hotel quality.
I would stay again despite this, and I would recommend you come, but please check the beddings first. Because those are clean. You are good. For the price, it's one of best options in town.
