REZ Hotel Semarang

I had a fantastic weekend in Semarang and this hotel was really the highlight of it : beautiful design, the room was comfortable, cozy, nice view and extra clean. The buffet breakfast is unbelievable, everything tasty and well made. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I can’t find a single thing to complain about Rez. Totally recommended 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Stayed at this hotel for 3D2N. It is such a wonderful hotel. Room was spacious and clean.
Got non-smoking room, it was clean and cold. Aircon was okay, but too small to effectively cool the room. Only my feet area was cool.
You also get a small balcony with some nice city lights. Noise was pretty alright.

The room is very spacious and clean, very comfortable to rest after a long day. The services are also top notch, and the amenities they give us is very great.
The hotel location is also very strategic, I can go anywhere easily. Recommended if you have a lot of activity around the city.
The food are also good and they have a lot of food and beverages to offers.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s simple, but very comfortable and definitely worth more than what you pay for. The room was clean and cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was one of the highlights — lots of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially want to thank Ms. Angel, who went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome. I’ll absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Semarang.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and generally had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, cool, and well-organized, creating a comfortable space to rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting.
During my stay, I encountered a minor issue related to my work. However, the hotel did not provide assistance or solutions, which was different from my experience at other hotels when faced with similar situations. Nonetheless, I understand that not every situation is easy to handle.
Guests, especially business travelers, seek not only comfort but also attentive and responsive service, particularly in today’s highly competitive hospitality industry where attention to detail is crucial.
I hope the hotel management continues to address these areas, as the property has great potential overall.

Nice facilities, tranquil ambient and delicious food. A delightful stay that I’m going to repeat whenever I go to Semarang. Especially I love the bathroom, because of the nice shower and privacy (I personally hate transparent glass).

One of the most comfortable hotel i've ever stayed in. The vibe in here is cozy and you can't help but feel comfortable in this place. The bathroom is nice and clean and I had the best shower after a long time. Overall, this is a nice and cozy hotel.

Placed not far from Simpang Lima, this hotel is a new addition to the area. It boasts a great modern and simple interior design, which is quite inviting. This hotel provides essential amenities and very kind staff to ensure guest comfort during their stay. Ms. Vivien served us during our stay. It's a convenient choice for those visiting the hospital or exploring the nearby surroundings, like Simpang Lima. This establishment seems like a promising option for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Had a great stay at Rez Hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and had a sleek monochrome design that felt modern and comfortable.
The lobby is located one floor above the parking/drop-off area. While the drop-off zone and lobby aren’t very spacious, the staff were always ready and helpful, making check-in smooth and efficient.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack — an ice cream cone! A nice and refreshing touch after the trip.
Breakfast was tasty with good variety, although the restaurant is not very big, so it can get a bit crowded during busy hours.
Parking is limited, but the staff are proactive in managing the cars, so it wasn’t a major issue.
Just a heads-up: although it's in the city, the location is not within walking distance to Simpang Lima — it’s a bit too far for a comfortable walk, so you’ll need transport if that’s on your itinerary.
Overall, a great value stay with clean, modern rooms and excellent service. Would definitely recommend for a short visit or weekend stay in Semarang.

Stayed here recently and was satisfied with my visit. The staff was polite and friendly and the rooms were laid out nicely. Though I feel the price to amenities value was not proportional. The breakfast layout was awkward. Some food was inside, some food was outside, so you have to open and close doors while you have a plate of food in your hand. The cereal dispenser should definitely be changed. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

Water was great! Super warm. AC was also just right along with the pillows! Breakfast food was also varied and there's always something for everyone here in the hotel. Service was also really nice, the chefs were friendly to talk with and overall a great experience. Shout out to kak Fifin.

I had a great stay at Rez Hotel Semarang! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is also very convenient—close to restaurants and local attractions.

The Breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of options. They have green juice too that I really like. The staff (Mba Vivien) were incredibly nice and helpful. The room so spacious, clean, and well maintained.

For our small break on holiday we've decided to stay at Rez for 2 nights. I love the art deco here, room was spacious. We weren't new to Semarang, but Melisa (FDA) patiently guide us to a lot of place we weren't know before. Of course there a lot of change to Semarang since our visit 15 years ago. But Melisa and the other staff really make us feels like home kudos to the staff and Melisa.

Great stay. I enjoyed having coffee made by Maysuri Rifqi. The room was well organized and comfortable. The front desk was also very helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary yogurt dessert and the friendliness of all the staff. I look forward to returning again in the future.
