Intake went quickly. Room and shower are clean on arrival. Location is ok, a Grab car takes you to your destination from there.
Unfortunately, no cleaning of the rooms, no bedmaking and I had to ask myself for clean towels after two days…
Strange… cleaning carts everywhere but no service?
I spotted a cleaning-boy on the floor, on his telephone in one of the empty rooms.
IDK, perhaps he was too busy…

Nice & cozy place to spend some days in the center of Semarang city. Family friendly, quite neighborhood, and is located around 500m from Simpang Lima.

Rooms super clean and comfy.
I take a family room.
Unfortunately there's only 2 socket power, so yeah.
And water preassure a bit weak.
But, I really enjoy this place.
Comfortable bed. Quiet place for good sleep.
And the guys were polite.
Recomendd it.

From the entrance to the bidet in the bathroom, everything is so clean. Clean airconditioning, walls, beds, floors. The staff is friendly. There are only stairs but the staff helped us carry bags to our rooms. Thesmart tv’s in the room actually work 😄 and it is very convenient to but snacks and drinks at the reception.

The room is very spacious for our family of five and convenient. It is clean and conveniently located near Simpang Lima area for an affordable price of 3-star hotels. Check in process was smooth, Wi-Fi connection was great, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, too. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and families. The only cons is the absence of stairs, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

This hotel only 600 meters from Simpang Lima Square, near to everywhere. But the location not in the main road, should enter the small road. The parking is the problem, only fit around 6 cars. The staff is good and helpful, there is deposit for 1 room 100K Rupiah. The poin plus this hotel is the room is clean with good Wi-Fi and smart TV and free water mineral. There is hot and cold water but the shower water is not strong.

Room is nice and clean. Bathroom as well. Nasi goreng as breakfast is recommended. Parking space is limited (5-6 places).

Best value for money.
I stayed there for medical check up at SMC hospital nearby. Sans Empress provides a quite comfortable shelter for my needs.
It's new and very clean. However, do not expect too much for the facilities, no swimming pool, no water heater for coffee or tea. But like I said. Its worth the money we spent.
Thank you Sans Empress, definitely will stay there again on our next visit.
Oh, just an advice, adding hot-cold water dispensers, at each floor will be nice. <3

Nice place, cozy place with modern style architecture.
They have about 40 rooms on that hotel/villa.
Don't Have a pool.
Have a restaurant with several menu option (fried rice, fried chicken, oxtail soup etc)
Also have any beverage option: ice or hot tea, coffee, fruit juice, instant tea cup.
Good point: welcome drink : they give a couple hot/cold tea (sweet/not) while we come to the hotel. 👍🍵
Strategic place, near simpang lima Semarang (one of the best icon for Semarang city)

Most recommended budget hotel near Simpang Lima/Telogorejo hospital. I stayed here for a couple of nights. The staffs are extremely polite and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable. The television is android TV, so you can choose Netflix here. The price is very affordable. The hot shower is top notch (no kidding, always works well). This hotel is located inside a 5 feet alley, but a car can enter this way. Outside this hotel there are 4 slots for parking. Accross from this hotel, there is a cafe operating from the same company with the hotel. One minor dissapointment is the sound proof for the room is not the best.
