Well it was a 4 star hotel, when I was checking in I literally had to wait 30 minutes just for my card, when I was waiting the receptionist (there are 4) one of them who was working on my room card, didn't even work on it. Instead worked on other things, that's why it took 30 minutes the room I got was the most standardvbasic, there wasn't much but the TV and mini fridge is old. The bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable along with the pillow.
The hotel is good, meeting 4-star standards. Its location within a luxurious residential complex has its pros and cons. The plus side is that it's quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. However, the downside is that it's quite far from everything. Even getting to the nearest Alfamart requires a bit of a hike uphill. The rooms are spacious, but room 1115 had a weird sewage/toilet smell when entering from the outside, possibly due to the exhaust system inside the room. Typically, a 4-star hotel would provide an iron or hair dryer, but these were not available. The food is okay, but for a 4-star hotel, the menu lacks variety. Moreover, dishes like omelets and potato wedges were labeled as 'for kids. ' Why should these be limited to children only? Are eggs and potatoes that expensive? Overall, the hotel is decent, but there's room for improvement.
