Most guests describe the staff as exceptionally friendly, prompt, and honest; one guest highlighted an instance where an employee returned money found in clothing sent for laundry. Nonetheless, there are a few mixed reviews: some guests mentioned impolite interactions with security guards and parking attendants, as well as an unfriendly attitude from housekeeping staff. There were also occasional complaints regarding a lack of luggage assistance upon check-in.

Breakfast is described as delicious and varied, with the fried rice and grilled chicken being particularly praised; food remains readily available even toward 10:00 AM.
