This hotel has really good service all the staff members were super friendly and helpful. They were always available and responded very quickly. The scenery was amazing. I couldn’t stop myself from taking pictures every second. The facilities were great, and the amenities were complete.
However, I noticed that there was a lot of trash lying around near the river area, and there was also a lot of swan waste near the room we were staying in, so we had to be careful not to step on it. I think more cleaning and maintenance are needed, especially in those areas.
Other than that, everything else was amazing! The food was delicious, and we even got a free late night snack. One more thing: it’s better to stay here during the sunny season because most of the activities are outdoors, so you won’t get to do much when it rains. 😋👍
Very good services, all staff are realy helpfull. Room are clean and the scenery was umbelieavable. The only thing that make me give 4 star was the pool and children playground. The pool was under maintenance so they moved us to Taman Kyai Langgeng Pool. And it was a very bad experience. The pool was dirty. Also the children playground. So many spider web there. It need more cleaning and maintenance.

Of course it is super spacious resort. We stayed at the New Executive room with additional bed—no issues on the space inside the room for four people (one kid, one teen and two adults). The green area is just such a medicine! And on top of it, we love enjoying the breakfast time—so many options for breakfast in a huge joglo house surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. Best place for family trip.
