Adhisthana Villas

Room is okay as described, but not with the value, Rp1.9mio/night at weekend. But lots of unpleasant things:
1. Extra person staying pay 450k, very strict, we resolved at check-in time that my kids nanny will stay at other hotel because they made me pissed at the front desk from the start (also, want to cancel but can not). But this not ended here, at 5 pm they messaged my WA warning that I will need to pay extra when we check-out. I told them that won’t be necessary as I have booked other hotel for my nanny. They said okay, but still warning again and again. We wanted to rest but I had to deal with these warnings.
2. Parking was terrible. We parked early but there was other car in front of us. They need to disturbed other guest resting to move his car around 8 pm as I was going to go to other hotel for my nanny. I saw other guest was not pleased, I was sorry for him. When I got back to the hotel, I had to parked in front of other car. We slept late so we were so tired, around 6 am we hear doorbells few times, woke my children, just for us to move our car. They should have a valley service.
3. Check-in was not as expected, information around dinner, Wi-Fi, etc2 weren’t described clearly, but only focus on warnings that we will be fined if we do this and that.
4. Pool got so many bugs, ants, and 2 frogs :) glad my kid liked the frogs, but it was the small frog that can jump so high and stick to the wall.

Our family had the most exemplary experience at Adhistana Villas Magelang. It was the best stay experience in Magelang Borobudur we've ever had. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional.
Thanks again for everything. We intend to come back on our next trip to Magelang and I've recommended Adhistana Villas to several friends and family already.
