Overall, it was very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel itself was also quite close to the venues we were visiting. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help with any needs.
If breakfast could be served earlier, it would be more helpful for those with early morning schedules or early flights.

Very disappointed and definitely a bad experience. Your Instagram mentions an airport shuttle facility without clearly stating that it is paid. This is extremely misleading, especially for an airport hotel where shuttle service is generally complimentary. Basic transparency like this should not be something guests have to discover after check-in. Hidden charges like this only damage trust and ruin the guest experience.

Room was perfect! They have water kettle, smart TV, tea/coffee, mineral water, amenity kit and also provide shuttle to PIK (~200, 000IDR) /airport (100, 000IDR). My room was not done yet when I checked in at 3:30pm, luckily I had another room booked. That's a minus 1 point.
But, they prepared breakfast for us since we had to leave before the breakfast hours. Thanks for the toast! The menu for the cafe was also very interesting, in my opinion.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning flight from CGK.
