Very disappointed and definitely a bad experience. Your Instagram mentions an airport shuttle facility without clearly stating that it is paid. This is extremely misleading, especially for an airport hotel where shuttle service is generally complimentary. Basic transparency like this should not be something guests have to discover after check-in. Hidden charges like this only damage trust and ruin the guest experience.
Such a bad and worst hotel ever.
Good enough for an overnight stay between flights. My bed had some crumbs under the pillow, and there wasn't any warm water in the shower (according to the front desk you need to wait for 5 minutes for the warm water to come). The location is very good.

Overall, it was very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel itself was also quite close to the venues we were visiting. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help with any needs.
If breakfast could be served earlier, it would be more helpful for those with early morning schedules or early flights.
