Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Overall decent airport hotel. The rooms are modern and well enough appointed for the brand proposition. Did not eat there so cannot comment. Not really within walking distance of anywhere so need to take a taxi to nearby PIK or Lippo Puri for eating/drinking/shopping. The only notable downside was the lack of sound proofing for the rooms. There was considerable disturbance from people chatting etc. In the corridors. Service was fine and room was modern.

Conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel provided a shuttle bus for your convenience. Just schedule in advance.
Room was simple, but adequate, especially if you are just waiting for the next flight.
Breakfast was superb. Lots of vegan options. Many of them were naturally gluten free. My compliments to the chef.
Spelling still needed some TLC, though. 😅
My only complaint was that power outlet that they hadn't fixed after a year (our previous visit).

I’m in JKT regularly for business, I stay most of my time in central JKT and then usually stay one night near CGK airport for transit purposes. This has become my favorite transit hotel near CGK.
Quick check in, they’ll usually let you check in early as well. Rooms are fresh and modern as it’s a 2023 build. In room dining is decent, I recommend the Tahu Garam and Char Kauy Teow. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as I always have an early hours flight.
Gym has cardio machines, dumbbells and a cable tower. There’s literally never once been anyone in there when I’ve used the gym so you get the whole space to yourself.
There’s also a wellness spa provided by Annathaya, I’ve tried the in room rejuvenate massage which I recommend.
Complimentary hourly shuttle to the airport is handy for the early ANA flight to Haneda.
Two slight criticisms, the air con in the rooms could be a touch cooler. Also the other reviews are right, the walls are fairly thin so you do hear some noise from the hallway. You don’t get any outside traffic noise thankfully.
For what it is, a transit hotel ie a place you’re basically in and out of, this one is a stand out as of the date of this review. Punches above its weight.

My first time to stay in this hotel. I stayed for 1 night after my flight arrival. Check in proses was smooth. My room was simply chic. Big bed, spacious luggage area, water boiler.
Bathroom was okay. However the room was not sound proof. I can hear dorbell & knocking from other rooms which I thought was for my room.
The gym is spacious and clean, water dispenser available.
The location was a bit difficult to trace for first timer. I took a taxi from airport which cost Rp60k, cheap enough.
Breakfast was amazing. From traditional to western available here. All the staffs are very warm & helpful.
Overall I enjoyed my experience here. Thank you.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. The television offered an excellent variety of channels, and I was particularly pleased to find a thick, comfortable prayer mat provided for my prayers.
The housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist whenever I needed their services. The front desk staff were also very accommodating, especially when I needed to exchange small bills.
Most importantly, I must highlight the coffee house. From day one through to my third day, every single staff member greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I’d especially like to mention Rina and Evan, who were remarkably attentive regarding the food they served and consistently provided outstanding service. As someone with Malaysian tastes, I found everything delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.
The hotel’s proximity to the airport is also very convenient. I will definitely return if given the opportunity, and I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for providing such excellent service and hospitality to all your guests. I noticed and appreciated every detail.

Outstanding in Every Way – A Credit to Marriott.
My recent stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Airport Hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
From check-in to check-out, the service was magnificent. The hotel is sparkling clean throughout, clearly maintained to a very high standard, and every member of staff I encountered — from front office to security and the shuttle drivers — was professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help.
The food deserves special mention: superb quality, beautifully prepared, and with an excellent variety that made every meal a pleasure.
I would like to personally recognise Nadia, Rani, Fina, Irpan, Rian, and Rizki at reception, along with Candra, all of whom provided warm, efficient, and memorable service. A very special thank you goes to Catherine, the Reception Manageress, whose extra help with my diving bags went far beyond expectations. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and reflect exceptional leadership at the front desk.
A message also for Amy, the Regional Director — you should be immensely proud of your team. They are a credit not only to this hotel but to the Marriott brand as a whole.
This hotel sets a benchmark for hospitality near an airport. I would not hesitate to recommend Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Airport Hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta, and I very much look forward to returning.

Nice, clean, simple hotel very close to Soekarno Hatta Airport. Free shuttle. Staff is very friendly. We ate dinner here. My wife had a club sandwich and I ate gado gado and a spicy tofu appetizer. Yummy! Our server was a very helpful, sweet young woman named Nadiya who took good care of us.

The best and also the most expensive hotel near the airport, but don't compare it to Sheraton because Sheraton is a 5 star hotel. The hotel is quite new also. Let's see will it keep the quality after 5 or 10 years.
The main reason I gave 4/5 was because the light in the room. When I switch off the light, it happened 4 lights went off altogether made the room quite dark. But if I kept the light on, the lamp was near, almost on top of our eyes made us not comfortable. The room designer should think of this when he/she designed the room, it shows lack of experience and professionalism.
If you have breakfast, and happen to see Lontong sayur. The Lontong sayur soup is very good. The taste of coconut milk is good, not too thick but still very good taste. The restaurant employee, especially Fina was very attentive. Good job. I will come back next week. See you.

This hotel has great service and hospitality. Warm welcome since picking us from the airport. Nice room, nice view, nice meal here. Great breakfast and got a great service while having breakfast by Ms Tiara. Will be back staying here if I go to Jakarta. The hotel is located near Soekarno Hatta Airport (10-15 minutes, and they also provide shuttle bus) and around 20 minutes to PIK. What a great experience. FYI, they always ready to serve whenever we got problem. Thanks so much ☺️

The most comfortable and easily accessible transit hotel in the Soekarno-Hatta airport area. Its clean, comfortable rooms and excellent gym facilities are its strengths. The breakfast is also quite appealing, though not as varied as a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable transit experience at a reasonable price.

I had food poisoning while visiting the hotel and I cannot stress enough how amazing this hotel was. They arranged a doctor visit to my hotel room, and made every accommodation to make sure I was comfortable and healthy. They went above and beyond during my stay and I cannot thank them enough. If you stay here, you will be with very good people. Thank you all again, I won't forget how well I was treated.

New hotel near the airport. Excellent experience throughout — from the assistance to book an airport transfer pre-arrival with a massive flight delay (shout out to Wulan from the operator team! ), to dinner at the Fairfield Cafe (amazing service by Pasya of the F&B team) — where the food was delicious! Room is comfortable! Great CGK-hotel stay!

Another 1-night stay here before catching another flight. You can find my previous 5/5 bubbles review here somewhere. Anyway, my experience this is time is not much different from the previous:
1) Pick-up and drop-off services are always consistently great and seamless.
2) My room was upgraded to deluxe corner room and the major improvement is the spacious bathroom, the bedroom area not much. I do appreciate the effort however, so thank you. Oh sadly, it seems they have changed the bathroom amenities to another brand which is a bit disappointing.
3) I also realized there's a small coffee shop in the front of the Fairfield Cafe, too bad I did not have chance to try out this time. I was looking forward for breakfast improvement but again, I did not have chance this time due to my early morning flights.
Overall, another excellent stay. I'll be coming back shortly and definitely looking forward for another stay.
