The best and also the most expensive hotel near the airport, but don't compare it to Sheraton because Sheraton is a 5 star hotel. The hotel is quite new also. Let's see will it keep the quality after 5 or 10 years.
The main reason I gave 4/5 was because the light in the room. When I switch off the light, it happened 4 lights went off altogether made the room quite dark. But if I kept the light on, the lamp was near, almost on top of our eyes made us not comfortable. The room designer should think of this when he/she designed the room, it shows lack of experience and professionalism.
If you have breakfast, and happen to see Lontong sayur. The Lontong sayur soup is very good. The taste of coconut milk is good, not too thick but still very good taste. The restaurant employee, especially Fina was very attentive. Good job. I will come back next week. See you.

This hotel has great service and hospitality. Warm welcome since picking us from the airport. Nice room, nice view, nice meal here. Great breakfast and got a great service while having breakfast by Ms Tiara. Will be back staying here if I go to Jakarta. The hotel is located near Soekarno Hatta Airport (10-15 minutes, and they also provide shuttle bus) and around 20 minutes to PIK. What a great experience. FYI, they always ready to serve whenever we got problem. Thanks so much ☺️

The most comfortable and easily accessible transit hotel in the Soekarno-Hatta airport area. Its clean, comfortable rooms and excellent gym facilities are its strengths. The breakfast is also quite appealing, though not as varied as a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable transit experience at a reasonable price.

I had food poisoning while visiting the hotel and I cannot stress enough how amazing this hotel was. They arranged a doctor visit to my hotel room, and made every accommodation to make sure I was comfortable and healthy. They went above and beyond during my stay and I cannot thank them enough. If you stay here, you will be with very good people. Thank you all again, I won't forget how well I was treated.

New hotel near the airport. Excellent experience throughout — from the assistance to book an airport transfer pre-arrival with a massive flight delay (shout out to Wulan from the operator team! ), to dinner at the Fairfield Cafe (amazing service by Pasya of the F&B team) — where the food was delicious! Room is comfortable! Great CGK-hotel stay!

Another 1-night stay here before catching another flight. You can find my previous 5/5 bubbles review here somewhere. Anyway, my experience this is time is not much different from the previous:
1) Pick-up and drop-off services are always consistently great and seamless.
2) My room was upgraded to deluxe corner room and the major improvement is the spacious bathroom, the bedroom area not much. I do appreciate the effort however, so thank you. Oh sadly, it seems they have changed the bathroom amenities to another brand which is a bit disappointing.
3) I also realized there's a small coffee shop in the front of the Fairfield Cafe, too bad I did not have chance to try out this time. I was looking forward for breakfast improvement but again, I did not have chance this time due to my early morning flights.
Overall, another excellent stay. I'll be coming back shortly and definitely looking forward for another stay.

Amazing stay! Rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is incredibly helpful – special thanks to Alfian and Dava for their excellent service with check-in, check-out, luggage, and even helping us make a call. They truly took all the stress off our shoulders. Highly recommended!

Throughout this time, Evelyn and Dava went above and beyond, providing tremendous support, assistance, and dedication to ensure everything was perfectly organized. The hotel’s location is excellent — conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and every service I experienced was outstanding.

Irpan and all the other staff at the hotel restaurant is extremely helpful! As I need to customized my meal due to recovery, Irpan has been extremely helpful in ensuring the meal being prepped outside of the menu that is best tailored to my condition. On top of it, chef suza who prepared my meal, no other words. Simple meal but the taste is phenomenal! As basic as boiled carrots, taste so delicious!
The hotel has just been renovated and I enjoy the clean and comfortable styling. Best hotel if you are on business or especially during transit. Service is top notch!

We were in transit and chose to stay overnight here before the next day’s flight. The airport pick up and drop off services are quite good. Staff are extremely friendly, super nice. We chose the corner room which is nice, clean and spacious. We ate buffet for dinner and breakfast the next day. Food was quite alright. In a nutshell, very pleasant experience. We will choose this hotel again next time for transit purposes.

The hotel is very nice, the bed and pillow super good. The staff also very nice.
Mas galih is quiet warm and mas alfian and mas raga that always standby when we need something from our room.
Never worries about your next journey, they have everything portable scale and the sclae.
In the basement. Alfian and other staff will take your luggage and weight your luggage.
Also breakfast is quiet nice with warm staff like mas rizal :) for short visit in Indonesia, fairfield is the best option.

The staff are amazing! Dawa, Nadiya, and the whole staff were so kind and went out of their way to be incredibly warm and helpful. Chef Jazil made me an excellent vegetarian meal of veggie soup and gado gado and the breakfast buffet has lots of veg options such as a veg noodle bar, a congee bar, fresh fruit, etc. The staff here are above and beyond and airport pick up and drop off via their shuttle was easy — I just what’s app’d then a few days before.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I mentioned to the driver during pickup that my mom has difficulty walking and asked if they could wait while we got into the car. When we arrived at the hotel, they proactively provided a wheelchair without me even requesting it, which made it so much easier for us to move around and enjoy the hotel.
During dinner, a thoughtful waiter noticed my mom taking medication with water and kindly offered her hot water at no extra cost. Such a small gesture, but very meaningful to us.
Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely helpful, from the driver who picked us up, the waiter at the restaurant, the friendly staff at the front door, to the receptionist. They continuously offered help throughout our stay, right up until we got into the car when leaving.
We truly felt cared for. Highly recommended staying here, especially if you’re traveling with elderly family members. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable!

The hotel itself is very nice, probably the nicest Jakarta airport hotel I’ve stayed at. However, I would highly recommend NOT getting your laundry done. It was my fault I didn’t look closely at the price of the laundry. I assumed it would be more expensive than normal, as it’s a hotel, but I was okay with it because I was kind of desperate. However, my laundry was 1jt rupiah! And it was primarily T-shirts and underwear, nothing heavy like a jacket. I was absolutely shocked by the price. For the price, it should be same day, but it took more than 24 hours. Also the clothes were all wrinkled, which is unusual as even at very reasonably priced laundry, it’s folded well (or ironed). Overall the hotel is very nice, but I was taken aback by the laundry experience.
