Everybody should stay away from this hotel. I had a very bad food poisoning. I arrived to the hotel very hungry because I was having a very long train journey through Java island and I was never able to eat until I arrived to the hotel. As soon as I arrived to the hotel, I ordered food from the kitchen, which was rice with chicken and teriyaki sauce, a few slices of watermelon and small salad with sauce of orange color on top. After I ate the meal I slept in order to catch my flight the next day very early in the morning. I woke up in the morning in a terrible health condition. Severe diarrhea and vomiting. I almost missed my flight. I was pooping and vomiting the whole time; in the hotel, in the airport and in the plane. My flight back to the Netherlands, which was about 20 hours, was a nightmare. In the plane I didn't eat one single bite because I vomit every time I eat. The crew of the plane tried very hard to comfort me but I didn't feel better. My temperature was 38.4 and I had ache all over my body. I felt very cold. The crew of the plane covered me with 3 blankets. I lost weight within few days. I submitted an official complaint to the hotel but they totally ignored me. It has been now almost three weeks and I haven't received a response from the hotel yet. The breakfast in the hotel was also very poor. It was two slices of cheap white bread with butter and two slices of watermelon. Yes, that was the whole breakfast! The room itself was not pleasant.
The location is very convenient, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay, and the service overall was smooth and professional.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to rest after travel.
Overall, a reliable and satisfying hotel choice near the airport good service, friendly attention, and clean rooms.

The room is clean and quite good for this price category and clean as well. The crew is showing good cooperation, location near airport terminal 3, the traditional food you can easily find it outside hotel by walking around the hotel if you want, or you can order your meal online.
