Clean and comfortable transit hotel.

11 September 2021 am stay ibis hotel airport room 201 for one night, there no teeth pasta soap shampoo also boiler water not including in this room, what going on. Please to check correctly before quest check in.

I landed at night and signed up for pickup service. When landing the driver inform me to wait at the pickup location and he go to pick up me. I contacted the driver 2x and the diver conveyed it was headed to my location. I waited for over 1 hour and the driver still not arrived. I contacted the hotel nobody pickup the phone. After 1 hour more drivers called to say that pick-up service is not available.
I landed at night and must go with early morning flight. I wasted my time to wait more than one hours to wait the driver and around 30 minutes to search alternative transportation to hotel.

Best cost performance. My favorite Hotel in Jakarta❤️.

We booked seven rooms for our 12-people group all in non-smoking floor. As we entered, three rooms smell like a smoking bar, with one room in particular, the smell was so terrible, we couldn't even step in! After some hassles, they change the room. Later on that evening, our group were sharing a dessert in one of the room, and asking staff members at the restaurant, if we can borrow 12 forks. They refused to lend us, and offered just two forks! Why would we even asked for 12 if we can get away with two? Such a great logic. Not. Amazingly annoying. Terrible service. Shall never return nor recommend. Surely there are better hotels near Jakarta Airport than this.

Really love this hotel! The interior is great, modern n minimalist. Small but clean n comfortable. The service and food are good. Overall this is the best hotel to choose near the airport!

Very nice hotel. Clean, very good service. The pictures and the description is fitting to the reality at the hotel. Very good breakfast, nice pool, very good service and minutes to the airport Soekarno Hatta International. Would book it again for a transit in Jakarta. Liked it very much! Price is really good for the nice hotel.

Not suitable for travelers checking in from late night flight, airport pick up poor and not reliable, nobody will answer the call on the contacts given. Restaurant close after 10 pm so you cannot eat. Front desk staff not reliable, do not depend on their wake up call after a long flight, you may miss the flight. Only plus point is it is very close to the airport. In general not happy with the room and service. Fm7 much better.

Ibis means same quality everywhere. Small but clean and comfortable room with modern equipment. Rich and tasty breakfast. Offering free airport shuttle during all day.

Is okay for a Night at the Airport. The Mattresses could be renewed again and the Bed covers too, there were Stains everywhere. Otherwise, the Room was clean and the Staff very friendly. Besides, there was not much to notice from the Noise outside.

Great budget hotel with Alure, very clean nice helpfully staff. Big breakfast area and starts from 03:00 till 10:00 am for the early flyer. Some throw away from the airport. In the other building behind, 24 hrs store for some snacks, drinks and bath items no alcoholic beverages. In the basement have ATM machine for foreign accounts.

Lovely hotel to stay if you are having a long hours layover or early / late flight from Soekarno Hatta airport. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast starts at 3 am, perfect for those who about to catch early morning flight. They also provide shuttle bus once in every 1.5 hours. They will make stop at every terminal (1-3) so spare 20 minutes to arrive at your terminal by the shuttle bus. If you are waiting for a pick up, make sure to save the driver's contact number by asking the receptionist before hand. Restaurant also serving foods at an affordable price, foods taste are okay.

We was stay for few hours because we had some problem with our holiday visa. I ask about immigration procedure to the receptionist in the lobby and how shocked I am when he explained clearly like he used to be work as Immigration officer. He offers us spa treatment to make our body relax after facing hard time in the airport then provide us a private car to drop us to the airport in the next day. Great hospitality and fabolous service from Ferry the receptionist who taking care us during our stay and give us all the information about immigration. When we have a trip to jakarta we will staying to ibis style again. Thank you Ferry!

One of the top choices if you happen to stay over for a flight. The location is quite near from airport, it is quite far from convinience store and restaurants. The food are great! I love the room too.

Located very near the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and room are clean. It is quiet at night so perfect for weary traveller. In fact, it is best for traveler planning to the airport early in the morning since it would be difficult to go to and from the city area. Taxi are available, though.

The food in the restaurant very good.

My stay here was quiet and peaceful. It is situated away from noisy places so I had a good nights sleep. The room was clean and organized. Thr shower was strong and everything worked. The gym however was so-so. We had to ask the front desk to open the gym. It only had three machines which fortunately were working. The big let part was that the air conditioning was out of order, leaving us hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast was better, with good variety and tasted fresh.

The restaurant is rather close to a canteen/self, which is expensive for the prices charged. The hotel corresponds to the European standards. Good state nothing to say on this side. Nice pool. Little Gym. Staff welcoming, courteous and attentive. Privileged location near the airport for one night.

It's at the very convenient location close to the airport. Good for a transit stop, or stay overnight for cancel flight. But when you need to be there for a week for meetings it's another story. Since it's really in the middle of the highway, nothing around. Another thing I was not so happy is my room was a connected room, but the door lock was broken. Had tried to ask the hotel to fix it, but it didn't happened. They said they had locked the other side of the door, but they didn't have another spare room, so I have to put my suitcase in front of the door. Other than that, it's fine and it's recommended if you just need a comfort bed and shower for your canceled flight or transit stop over.

The hotel closes to the airport. Available shuttle bus to and from the airport. Most of my friends said that the pick up shuttle bus at the airport was annoying, sometime they were waiting more than an hour to get the bus. We hope that it can be improved. They have friendly staffs. The rooms are clean. The shower room is quite small. There is musholla on the underground parking under the Ibis Budget building.

Hotel stay is good. But carefuller, they deduct your money from credit card with your concern, even if you do not stay at hotel. Do not give your credit or debit card no to book your hotel reservation. This will really pain you. They also do not respond after deducting the wrong amount and it will pain customers like me. They do not even bother to contact you. I am real witness.

Rooms not so clean, food expensive, reception and room service staff isnt professional.

Choose this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable accommodation near Jakarta airport. If you've an overnight stay at Jakarta airport just opt for this hotel for a very cosy layover. The bedrooms are astoundingly beautiful and their services are good. The thing that makes it an exceptional choice is that they provide free airport pick up and drop service every 90 minutes. The complimentary breakfast has lot of options for you and it starts at 3am until 9:30am. So if you've flight early in the morning you can still grab a bite. Keep looking for deals on this hotel and you'll get it at rock bottom price of USD30. I had a pleasant stay and I hope you shall too have one.

Good hotel near to airport. Very helpful to catch an early flight like 5am since they have the breakfast by 3am. From hotel to airport only 15mins and they have very comfortable room, they even have swimming pool! Massage service also available and a nice small coffee bar in the Ground Floor.

Location: close to the airport so that's a major plus. Rooms: Small, Asian style rooms. Enough to walk around but that's it. The television (if you care) has nothing good on. Room Service: Everything was done accordingly but a bit longer. Hard to understand English from the staffers sometimes. Etc: Food — Not much option and expensive Transportation — Always a taxi on hand Hotel itself: Clean and Nicely furnished Beds: Stiff and comfortable Commodities: Has the basics (soap, toothbrush, etc) Water: Indo water is unclean so I wouldn't use the tap water personally. Noise: Quiet Pool: Small and unsymmetrical. Not for swimming laps in. Overall, it's a nice hotel, especially for Indo. It's small, about the same as any Asian country hotel. Pricing is also okay. 4/5, would come again.

The room worth the price. The biggest problem is their non ac shuttle bus to airport. Can u imagine using non air conditioner bus in the middle of jakarta traffic and weather condition.

We stayed in the budget hotel, there seems to be two side by side. The room is a perfect clone of the one in Makassar. It's really 2 or 3 star in normal ratings but nice and convenient and cheap if you are going to the airport after a quick sleep. You can't walk to the airport but a shuttle is provided. Make sure you get the shuttle times right. Jakarta airport is very big and the traffic is dreadful.

It's my third visit to Indonesia as well as my third stay in this hotel before our flight back to Japan. It definitely felt nice to be back since it brings back memories of my first time visiting this wonderful country. Nonetheless, it was a very comfortable stay. The room we had this time was different, I think it was a smoking room and the view of the pool from our room is great. The room is clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The price of the food in the in-house restaurant could be in the more expensive side but the quality was worthy. One thing I love with this hotel is their sumptuous selection of breakfast. I love the fact that they do consider passengers who have very early flights so the breakfast starts at 3am. The hotel is definitely close to the airport. Less than 10 minutes going, though might take some time coming from since the route from the airport is different and there are more cars in the other lane. One thing I could say something about which I have stated in my previous review is the kinda slow check-in process. There were only two reception staff when we arrive and it will definitely help if there'd be another one or two staff to stand by when more people are arriving. Other than that, it was a really good stay. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. Value for money and kind staff specially those in the bar and restaurant. Thank you so much for making our last night in Jakarta and Indonesia comfortable.

Great place for those who need resting place before continuing trip on another flight. They offer early breakfast from around 3 pm. And also you can take taxi to go to any flight terminal.

The restaurant was closed at night and the bar has european prices. The breakfast had variety of tasty plates, the room was clean and the hotel had free coffee, water and tee for the guests. I definitely suggest it to stay if you need to stay a night close to the hotel. We paid 40k rp for the taxi service, but there is a shuttle bus for free.

I stay here on the 6th floor. The room was big enough for 2 adult and 1 kid. Everything is good except hot showers not stable and water supply very small.

No food or drinks available, no alcohol at all. Breakfast closes at 10am, location is unconvenient, windows can't be opened… One star for the free Wi-Fi.

I'll start with the positive aspects: price is great, beds are decently comfortable, service was good, room was clean. Now for the bad parts: there are bright green lights near your head all night which do not turn off and are impossible to cover without tape (makes it really hard to sleep), noise travels throughout the hotel all night (knocking, bumping, running, yelling, etc), also there was no hot water when attempting to shower at 2:00am. Great place to rest for the price, but don't expect to get any sleep.

It located near Soekarno — Hatta Int'l Airport. It cheap enough for us with a good room. When you stay here you will get all you can eat breakfast. I believe you will not dissapointed for staying in this hotel.

Good and clean hotel, they have transportation from and to the airport. And the Taxi is around 50.000 ids. If you spend a night in jakarta to change your flight, this is a good hotel ;) The breakfast starts at 3:00 and it is just rice, bread and tea.

The room is clean, and everything is standardized. We had got an fire alarm this morning, just because of my neighbour was smoking. I was glad. It meant the fire alarm was sensitive. Which is good.

Incredibly uncomrfotable bed. The floor seemed the softer option in the end and the rooms are rather cramped, not many options in the way of food. It was very clean though and the staff were pleasant and mostly helpfull.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, great service (especially if you're an accor advantage plus member). Breakfast is accordingly to its hotel price, overally not dissapointing. Only 5minute away from the terminals, and they have free airport shuttle as well. The service is on my top 3 list of ibis indonesia. My flight got delayed and they let me check out later (free for Accor member). Very satisfied. Very well recommended.

Hotelnya buruk sekali, pelayanannya parah, minta dijemput jam stgh 9 malam malah dijemput jam stgh12 malam, sopirnya nda sopan sama sekali gak ada minta maafnya juga, malah berpura-pura gak bersalah, padahal sdh ditelpon berkali-kali. Very not recomended hotel, parah ini hotel, gak akan menginap lagi di sini…! Hotel terburuk sepanjang saya pernah nginap!

Was waiting for almost 2 hours the shuttle bus from 18.00 pm to 19.50 pm… no shuttle bus coming. End up taking taxi…

It's a great and recommended hotel near airport, just walk to go to airportHub where u can find some coffee shop and dinner. The room was very nice and colourful There are some breakfast menu I didn't find at any other hotel, i. E boiled noodle, bubur ketan hitam, these are recommended to be tried. It would be nicer if the guest can plug in usb to watch movie.

U should come n enjoy it. Price cheap but allmost like 5 stars hotel, buffe bfast so many kind of food also buffe dinner.
