Not at all a great place, the place looks good from the outside. But even carpets are full of stains. The rooms are super small and made me feel claustrophobic. The Wi-Fi is super slow and it takes ages to load the emails let alone a video. The Shower heads are broken. The Air Con works alright. It took almost 6 hours to cool this small room. The TV has only 4 channels with are by the way, super blurry. No in room amenities at all, neither a soap not a shower cap. Super disappointed in choosing this place.

The rooms didn't seem clean. There were quite a few bugs in my room. Staff is accommodating but their all day restaurant is limited to noodles and meatballs. You're better off spending a little more and going to the Ibis styles hotel right next to it.

The room was okay, it's enough for those who just want to transit. They don't provide tooth brush, so don't forget to bring yours. The most disaster was the breakfast. I know, it's "budget" hotel, but still, the restaurant (if you can call it restaurant) was dirty, with a lot of guests, there weren't many clean tables available. The staffs action need to be improved. It's understandable if the breakfast menu was limited, but at least, please try to fulfill before the food runs out.

Great place for budget hotel. I like that. Especially service room at floor 1. Staff room female give me good service, helpful, friendly. It's make me very satisfied. Please send my best regards for staff room, restauraunt, especially for ms. Cloud. Thank you!

Everything is alright, except the hair dryer! Have been to a lots of hotels without hair dryer in the room, but I can easily borrow it from the front desk. For this hotel, so sad, I did the wrong things was that I booked twice continuously for my transit needs in there. The front desk kept saying that they will provide it later. And 1 hour later, when you call the front desk, they said they will provide it when they had it since all the hair dryers were borrowed. And, until I checked out, it's like a joke to them. 9 days later, I checked in again and talked to them about it. I got the exactly same answer, and exactly same response from the front desk. Guess what, until I checked out, there's still nothing from them. Even they called back to the room to double check for my needs. I guess the hair dryer must be really expensive and become a scarce resource in Indonesia. 2018.01.22 (added check-in info) I stayed from 23th-24th Dec 2017, and 2nd-3rd Jan. 2018.

Good service, good location. Would be much better if this property abuts mini markets or food courts.

The best place near by airport to be stayed. U will feel comfort and enjoy stay here with friendly staffs and unique things served in it.

Have good experienced at restaurant with friends, there's good foods n helpful staff. The room are clean, bathroom ok, comfort bed sheet n pillow. Nice hotel.

The room is clean and neat but small, specially the 3 bed bedroom. the breakfast are below expectation. Not much variation and not tasty. there are shuttle to airport every hour with mini bus or mini van. good for transit as it is very near to the airport. the window sight are usual urban area. the interior decoration are modern urban.

Nice, neat and compact room, but as an airport/transit hotel, don't expecting nice quite & resting night for light sleeper, because alot of coming and going, that's why I always have my earplugs. But It's not a complain, just stated the fact, so it is what it is. Airport budget hotel, and the Airport shuttle can be better organized. I made reservation to be dropped to Airport for early morning but the busses was used to take a tour group to some other destinations other than Airport so I ended up hiring a taxi after long wait. No one informed me that I have to wait those busses to comeback maybe hour later for lift to airport until I asked.

The shuttle service to the airport is ok and almost on time. But every 90 minutes, so u gonna wait a long long time on the airport cuz otherwise it's just to risky with only 1, 5 hours until departure. The shuttle from the airport to Ibis is a mess and I would never never never NEVER recommend the Ibis Budget in case u go that way! (Several phone calls, 3 hours later and one Ibis bus we stopped just refused to take us. The guy on the phone got very very unpolite, in the end hung up with the words he s gonna be there in 15 minutes at 9pm — it was already 9:15 and we were already waiting for him for more than 2 hours with the other guy refusing to let us in the Ibis shuttle, of course we weren't that happy. In the end he even threw my backpack forcefully at me, as a 1, 60m young girl I almost fell) We never heard of the dinner voucher they promised while reservation and in the end we had to pay even more than the price was while booking it. Don't let me start about breakfast. They have no choices but rice and beans and there is not enough space to even sit cuz it's very crowded. There are a lot of alternatives in that area which most of them being a better choice… Don't go to Ibis Budget! Btw: the airport is nice and clean, next time we just gonna stay there for the night…

Really budget hotel if you need for transit only. But not that bad as a budget hotel. I was checking in at 11pm and checked out by 7am. There also shuttle with schedule to airtport.

Very very budget hotel I stayed for sleep and I woke up in the early morning to take transit flight. The room very comfort, very clean. I only do not like the floor colour. It looks like old room. There is no plastic bag available.

Cheap clean great for passing night.

This hotel really nice and cheap for passengers of airport when they transit more than one day and want to take a rest.

Nearby with airport, also provide free shuttled. Room quite small but clean enough. For breakfast, need to improve taste and add variants menu.

Suitable and cheap place to transit or stay overnight before fly. Foods are okay but staffs are helpful.

The price is the best of this hotel. The room had a strong smell of cigarete. The breakfast was very poor, the worst that I had in Indonesia. A positive point was the transfer to the airport.

Good for transit, they have shuttle every 1, 5 hour and have meeting points in each terminal. Breakfast start from 3am and close 10am. Nice hotel design.

Location is perfect for people who has morning flight or just transiting. However, the room is too small and the breakfast just "Nasi Goreng"

Nice room. Small, glass walled shower. Best not to share a room with your parents.

Clean room. Small, but perfectly serviceable for my one night stay before hopping on another plane. Room AC was good. Wifi was quick. They have breakfast starting at 6 AM, but I skipped it so I can't speak to quality. It looked standard for cheap Indonesian hotel breakfast. The reception desk worker I dealt with was very quick and helpful. Not the nicest hotel ever, but I couldn't think of any real negatives.

Lumayan lah. Lokasi dekat bandara. Pelayanan dan tempatnya oke.

Very small room. AC not very cold. Water boiler is not available. But ok price, and have shuttle bus. Mini market is available.
