As a brand-name Santika Group has all the luck. But sometimes its small group not following the lead. Don't expecting hospitality like the big group does, just because they aim different kind of business people at their door. Three star at the lowest of my Santika list.

Very nice big hotel. Comfy rooms. Quiet. Very nice is you attend concert at ice or event at aeon mall.

Kamar kami di lantai 5. Ketika keluar dari lift sudah tercium bau seperti karpet apek atau cicak mati. Dan ternyata di kamar juga tercium bau yang sama. Kami memilih menginap untuk efektifitas karena harus bekerja di pameran, tetapi bau nya cukup mengganggu istirahat kami. Mohon diperhatikan lagi.

Cocok untuk yang akan ada acara di Hall ICE BSD-nya. Kalau hanya untuk menginap, better cari yang fasilitasnya lebih memadai sih. Kolam renangnya kecil soalnya.

Your usual run-of-the-mill business hotel attached to a convention center Can't say anything special about the hotel apart from the fact that it's new (so everything should work). I wish the front desk staffs were a bit more efficient, though. During my stay, late at night, the electricity went out twice — the first time for me experiencing this while staying in a hotel! No big deal, except everytime the electricity is out, the TV resets itself & after which it'll begin playing the hotel promotional video. In a loop. With elevator music. Irritating if you're groggy & need to scramble for the remote controller.

We were satisfied with our room. The staff has been very friendly. The breakfast was great for Indonesian taste. I only was missing free Capuccino. We will come back.

Awesome hotel in BSD with great rooms. Downside is you don't get good view from inside the room due to the beam structure at the building facade. But you can get if from either the pool or bar at 15th floor. Pool is semi indoor so you can actually swim at all time. Breakfast options are great and taste good too. Really recommended for those traveling to BSD City, especially if you are going to visit ICE as they have direct access at the lower ground.

Wonderful Business Hotel! Located right next to Green Park business area is Hotel Santika. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean, economical and staff is very helpful. Again, this is not luxury hotel but a business hotel. I stayed here for 4D/3N and willl definitely be staying here again.

Clean hotel and great staff. They provide free bike to used by guest. There are also a regular shuttle bus that will take their guest to nearest mall.

Rooms are not well-cleaned and unpleasant odor can be smelled almost at all times (probably from the toilet? ). We can't have an extra blanket nor towel. They issue only 1 keycard for each room, so I had to pay a deposit of Rp 100.000 for 1 extra keycard. Hard to contact the reception/housekeeping after 10pm. Deluxe rooms are quite spacious and staff are friendly though not too helpful. Overall, I'd only return because the room is spacious and the room rate is quite affordable.

Great food, it's nice to getaway from the hectic of Jakarta. If you are only looking for a place to sleep for your family, this would be the one and during day light goes to other places. There is no entertainment for kids in this hotel.

Lingkungan steril, recomended banget buat family, pemandangan dari skylounge-nya asyik sekali, ada bus gratis ke AEON mall, seperti santika lainnya "great breakfast". Ada alfamidi dibasementnya, top banget dah. Sayangnya jauuuuh sekali dari airport.

Great hotel near a big convention hall. I was here after a concert in ICE. Just 5 minutes walk from the venue. It was quiet around the hotel, no convenience store or fast food restaurant in the neighborhood. Far from the casual crowd. The nearest shopping center was AEON mall which takes about 5 minutes by car. The room was clean and spacious. It was so crowded and full at that time so it was difficult to get help from the staff. The breakfast was great with many choices of delicious food and beverages. They have indoor and outdoor spot for breakfast. There was a club on the rooftop. Difficult to get access for lublic transportation.

Room is ok. Most probably can get annoyed by sound leak (you might be able to hear all the noise well from your room) from ICE event if there's one going on. Room cleanliness can be improved. House keeping didn't clean it well. Breakfast area can be full and very crowded in peak seasons, small space restaurant and hard to get a table while it's raining outside. Receptionist can be hard to be called from room.

Its cozy and casual. Literally a modern hotel. Its not far from the ICE BSD so it recommended to who want to saw concert there.

Only 5 minutes away from ICE BSD City. This hotel also near to AEON mall. They serve us shuttle if you wanna go to the Mall. And a best choice for overnight for KPOP fans if there some artist will come and held concert in ICE.

Nice place to have weekend getaway. The breakfast is good, the location is nice.

The room is good. The swimming pool is good. The hotel is quite photogenic or instagramable. It's next to the ICE convention hall. If you have any agenda in ICE (graduation ceremony, exhibition, convention), the hotel will be a perfect choice. Also it's close to AEON mall.

Four stars, and that was only for the restaurant experience because I was there to eat only. The food was amazing, but overpriced. I ordered the day's specials, though I don't know how true that is, a Bamboo Chicken… Thing and it tastes great. Side note: I was hungry at the time, Side note: It was the only source of proper food in the ICE building that I know of at the time. (lol)

Here to have a birthday dinner at Skylounge 15th floor An excellent option in BSD area, Great Vibe, Great Service, unfortunately the food takes long time to prepare because their kitchen is on the Ground Floor Other then that, superb!

Are you KPOP fan? Are you going to watch your favorite boy group/girl group/band at ICE? This place is the right choice for you. It is very close to the venue. No transport needed. I've stay for 2 nights, it was excellent. Love it.

The place is very quiet and clean. It is conveniently located near the malls and convention centers. The hotel even offers free shuttle rides going to the nearby mall (Aeon Mall). The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of dishes — both Asian and Western. Although there is very limited food choices when it comes to room service menu. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. An area to improve on would be the Wi-Fi. Connection is quite slow.

Located in new city of indonesia where environment is very nice. Prices is fair compare to facilities provided. Staffs attitude and service provided is very good.

Good quality of bed, bathroom. Nothing much. Standard as expected.

Pelayanan ok, cocok buat yg suka nonton konser karna sampingan bgt sama ICE. Cuma kalo buat meeting kurang representatif karna ruang sidangnya sedikit. Makanannya perlu di upgrade soalnya plain rasanya.

Great hotel with full facility Bersebelahan langsung dengan Indonesia Convention Center BSD, jadi kalau mau menhadiri event di ICE bisa kenginap disini. Sometime they update your room from delux to junior suit. Like they do to me last year.

Almost attached to ICE, a very good option when you have a business with ICE. Last week was here for BTS concert, when you get out from the hotel, the line was there within steps. The only bad thing is that when doing breakfast, some people that waiting in line for the concert since early morning also with you crossing your table and sometime watching you eating. What a disturbance scenery!

Today we are having very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked 2 room 1 x Deluxe Queen Bed + 1 x Deluxe Twin Bed. The reason we booked these 2 rooms because we are with kids age of 4, 10 and 12 yo. We did made request via Agoda for connecting if possible or nearby room. Other request like early check-in and smoking room if not mistaken. So then we arrive around 1500 and approach c/i counter and the lady sad not possible to have 2 room side to side. I refused her offer to have 3 rooms aparts. I said will u be able to be a responsible when anything happened to our kids. Damn she is having problem understanding our simple request. the other lady came approach me and she is more helpful and understanding. I still cant believe in this service industry this hotel having a problematic staff. I speak Indonesian clearly and really this is such not good experience at all. Hotel Management please review back capability of c/i counter staff! I cant take reason for " maaf pak kami sedang penuh" lho justru lagi penuh layanan anda teruji baik atau tidak kalau hotel kosong mau dinilai apanya. Many times also I asked for Duty Manager and she is ignored my request.

The property is strategically located in the heart of BSD adjacent to ICE convention centre. Spacious enough and very comfortable bedroom. Great variety on breakfast menu, delightful taste, but small dining area (a bit too crowded when it's full house). All I can say about this accomodation is the locationwise its very ideal for business and leisure city dwellers, also for families with children.
