I stayed for several weeks in Redlink Hotel. Overall my experience was amazing. The beds was comfortable. Recommended for business trips and travellers since the rates are affordable in my opinion.
I will never return to this hotel, the service is very bad, to process data entry you have to wait a long time, I rented a room for three days, my room was not cleaned during my stay here for 3 days, the receptionist said it was because I didn't tell housekeeping to clean the room me, why do you have to be told first, cleaning the customer's room is your obligation as housekeeper, bath soap is not topped up, tissue is not topped up, mattress covers are not exchanged for new ones, during the day you can't sleep because it's too noisy outside.

Overall very good hotel for 2 or 3 nights stay beside got convenient shop, very close with many kopitiams selling authentic chinese dishes also just in front got soo many warong selling local dishes. Got laundry and proper coffeshop nearby too.
Service was really good staff very helpfull room is good aircond work wells TV works well bathroom also perfect no issue. The only thing thet need to improve is cleanliness, is not that the hotel very dirty its clean looks okay but can be better ans im sure they can improve it.
Definitely will stay again if I came to batam again. Oh yaa if you stay here they gave voucher for coffeshop beside them.
This hotel perfect if you come over from Singapore and need some quiet time without taking lot of grabcar can stay there eat at kopitiams or warong and I tell you only locals stay here so you wont meet ur fellow singaporean if you looking for local experiences there is also convenient shop laundry services and simple local vibe coffeeshop nearby all walking distance.
