Nice on the first look, but not on the second. Why?
The staff is nice and welcoming, especially Tisnal (very nice) BUT the „resort“ is in the outback, road is extremely bad & steep and if you don’t have a scooter you need to pay all the time for a taxi.
There is NO breakfast in the resort, it’s in a beach club 1.5km away. During the day the beach club is overcrowded with tourists and extreme loud music. There is NO minibar in the room, NO fridge, neither they offer you drinks (cold coke, etc) in the „resort“. Everything must be delivered or you take the road to the „main“ street and go to a warung or super market. The safe is closed and not fixed and can be just carried away.
The only thing which is nice is the room and the pool area with big trees, but that’s it.
This is truly NOT a resort, just rooms in a nice garden with pool.
The hotel is simply delightful! The well-maintained grounds are enveloped in beauty, creating an atmosphere of a true paradise. The pool is impeccably clean. The room impresses with its cleanliness and freshness, devoid of any odors and unwanted pests, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. The comfortable mattress and pillows ensure a blissful sleep, and the presence of slippers and a robe adds a sense of luxury. Every detail is thought out to the highest standard, including the powerful and efficient air conditioner, which provides coolness even on the hottest days. This hotel is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway!

So we spent 1 night in this resort, no doubt the property is good, clean having spacious and beautiful rooms. The problems which I have faced is that no hotel staff is there during night, no contact number given, no phone is there in the room. Kitchen is not there in the resort so u cant order food, we need to go out for food but the roads are not proper and quite in night which is not safe.
We have also faced 1 hour power cut in night and it was complete darkness all around. Overall my experience was not at all good and pathetic service by the staff.
