Good hotel, friendly staff. They also provide you with scooters and car rental packages at good prices.

The worst hotel of my entire life, and don't even get me started on the owner, the most incompetent person I've ever met. I can't even describe the way they treat you. Even though they try to make you pay more than the reservation already costs, they take no responsibility for anything. We also tried eating at the hotel bar two days in a row. The first day we ordered chicken nuggets with fries and a pizza. They brought us just the fries and told us they were out of nuggets. After half an hour, having already finished the fries, they told us there was no kitchen and they couldn't bring the pizza, so we couldn't eat anything else. After all this, we were a bit stunned. But on the last day, we didn't have our motorbike and decided to go for dinner. We asked if we could eat there this time and they said yes. We ordered chicken wraps, which were bad, overcooked, and made with meat that wasn't listed on the menu. We obviously complained after only taking one bite, and he told us we still had to pay for it since we had already ordered it. We argued with the manager for a while. 1 hour.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They don't even know what to tell you, the staff is awful. Don't even try to go to this hotel, I'm very serious. I've never written a review in my entire life, but this time it was unbelievable.

Staff are very kind and the view is lovely if you ignore the building work. Lovely clean pool.
Breakfast is quite good. Bath is non-useable as there isn’t enough hot water to fill it 🤪.
Road is ok if you are a competent scooter rider. Good value for money.

I’d like to comment on something different from the hotel facilities the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality truly impressed us. They are genuinely kind and helpful people. We especially want to thank Santi for all her help and her big, beautiful smile. We’re so happy we had the chance to meet her. These are the things that truly add value to a place.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it was an excellent experience! The sea view from the room was simply breathtaking. The cleanliness of the entire property, especially the rooms, was top-notch. The bathroom was modern and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They guided us with recommendations on the best places to explore locally, arranged a scooter rental for us, and even booked a taxi for our airport pick-up and drop-off. They also took care of booking a speed boat to Sanur at my request, which made our travel so convenient.
A special mention to Shanti from the staff—she was extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. Her hospitality and assistance truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and a stunning sea view!

We were honeymooners we really enjoyed our stay in Reynten Hill. The service is perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, the pool was always clean! The road to the hotel was a little bit difficult (but this is almost everywhere in Nusa Penida) we hope that the road in the mountain will be improved soon by the local authorities and we hope come back again!

Our visit to Reynten Hill was an absolute dream. The hotel is located up a hill which gives you the most amazing views and the whole service and people running the hotel are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The pictures really say it all but a special mention to the amazing Chicken Satay they cook and to the dog, Mochi who we fell in love with. Wishing all of you the best and sending lots of luck all the way from Spain.

This is so far the best property I’ve ever visited in my life. I would give it a 10 if they had a higher rating. You should not miss this stay.

To flee! nothing is right. We paid 120, 000 k for 2kg of clothing it’s a shame. No hot water even though there is a large bathtub. Hotel to avoid if you want competent staff and a warm hotel. Very poor value for money. Deplorable service. I have never seen that.

This hotel is full of fraud people. If you complaint about hot water not coming or any other problem regarding room, they say they call police. They ask double thrible money and blackmail you until we give them the money. Manager putu says he is a police but he is a fraud. Dont stay here, staff enter room when your not at hotel and steel valuables. If ask for missing things. They simply laugh.

Worst ever hotel, management, people ive ever been and seeen. All kinds of creepy creatures crawl here and there in your stay and inside your room. Night time this creatures make wierd sounds which leads to having a sleepless night. Breakfast is too worst, manager pretends to be a police officer, when we complain about any issue with the stay, he blackmails us to call police. Evryone here are fraud. They gave us broke jet in bathroom and blamed us for it and took total of 2M money from us. We had to catch our boat same day afternoon hence we were helpless, so we had to pay him huge hugee amount of 2M to let us go. Never stay here, zero security, when u go out to roam, staff goes inside your room and tries out all ur belongings. When complained about it they are just laughing. All of them are big mafia batch. Beware and opt to stay on roads instead at this stay. I feel this will be helpful to you all.

Very pretty looking hotel with kind attentive staff, lovely pool that you can use at any time of the day, we enjoyed our one night stay but must say that breakfast could've been better and this hotel definitely needs a visible sign to direct customers when it is pitch black as the sign has no visible light; we missed the hotel 3 times in one evening due to this.

Pros.
Staff are polite & helpful.
Place is very well maintained.
View is really good, can see ocean & mount Agung across sea.
Food is good/decent.
Each stay has a big bath tub.
Cons.
Access is not convenient, one has to take a steep road & then a mud road to reach. Thankfully the last stretch is well lit.
Hot water limit of 25 liters. After the limit one has to wait for 20 mins to get hot water. This does not affect regular shower, but is inconvenient while using bath tub. They could have better put smaller bath tubs.

The room is very lovely, and the hotel has only 5 houses available, so the place is very private. It was very hard to drive on a motorbike up the hill since a road wasn’t done properly, I hope the road will get better when time goes by. There is a big bathtub but hot water is very limited, as it run only for 5 minutes and the water become cold. The bed’s pillows are very high profile, so it hurts our necks when we woke up in the morning. Overall, it was a good hotel, and we will return again.
