Excellent Stay at Mambo Hotel – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Mambo Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the property.
What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff—they were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel facilities, including the lounge, terrace, and dining area, were clean and well-maintained.
The overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, making it a great choice for both leisure and vacation travelers. I will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend Mambo Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Mambo dive resort is the place to be.
I have come with one friend to do the PADI, but what we found here was waddday better than what you expect from a dive resort.
They have an amazing establishment, they always welcome you with the biggest smile, no matter the weather, no matter the hour, no matter the day.
Always with a smile on their face.
The place is open, filled with plants and right in front of a small private beach where they keep the boats to go on the diving adventures.
The have a restaurant and very Saturday they play live music, the food is generous, good price and delicious.
As for the diving course, we did the Open Water beginners course. We had Gabi as our instructor with Farhan dive master trainee. They were professional all throughout the experience. They are very open and super nice, always listening to us, observing us and teaching us all of the most important skills.
All of the material are of perfect quality and they look after everything very delicately.

We stayed for 5 nights at Mambo Beach Resort and can absolutely recommend the hotel & restaurant, but for sure NOT the dive school.
The rooms were spacious and clean. We’d recommend the rooms on the upper floor since the rooms downstairs are facing the restaurant allowing other guests to have a view straight to the bedroom. The balcony light is switched on for the whole night without any possibility to turn it off. It’s not just annoying since you can only sleep with curtains fully closed but also a waste of electricity.
The food in the restaurant was delicious. We mostly ate there as there aren’t a lot of alternative restaurants nearby. Most nights they also offer live music which is great. It would be nice though to start the music earlier and also end earlier. If you’re staying at the resort, it’s one or the other day also nice if you can enjoy some silence on the balcony (or go to sleep earlier).
We initially planned to dive with Mambo, but ultimately went to a different dive school due to their horrific prices. For 3 dives per day with a private guide they wanted to charge us $ 350 per person! Considering this price, even though we told them we wanted to dive for 4 days, would mean we would’ve needed to pay $ 1, 400 per person for 12 dives! What a rip off! 💸💸💸
Ultimately, we found a dive school with way better facilities, equipment and organization and paid for the same service $ 550 per person.

Great resort 😍. Right by the beach. Our Pool Access room is beautiful, complete with all amenities and more. We eat breakfast with beach view and Mount Agung Bali view everyday. The staff are friendly and always greet us with smiles, and take good care of us. I had great time staying there. Will come back there again when I visit Nusa Penida again ☺️

Good and nice place to stay. Very professional and helpful staff. Nice drinks, pool in the front on your terrace. Just one step to jump into water. Also nice diving center in this hotel. Try to find a turtle on a beach nearby and have fun to end of stay.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioning is strong and they provide a fan. Super helpful and organized staff and it’s right on the water. Great pool and live music! Also a great outdoor seating area with good food and drinks, highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, lovely view and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very cute and well equipped: water, tea, coffee, nice toiletries (even ear plugs).
I recommend staying here if you want to book a diving / snorkelling experience with them as the boats leave early in the morning and you can enjoy your breakfast with a nice view before starting the experience.

The Mambo Beach Resort is truly a wonderful destination. The staff is exceptionally nice and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. Additionally, the food was consistently delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations, making our experience both enjoyable and memorable.

It's a decent hotel in a great location. Enjoy a sun downer in the bar melting into the beach. They have live music every night and a happy hour from 4-6 pm. The adjacent dive center makes planning easy. Beware: they gave Mambo Beach and Mambo Hill Resort. The latter with a nicer pool and a calmer atmosphere — not as squeezed as the Mambo Beach Resort ⛱️ Recommended 👌

I really enjoyed and loved my stay with Mambo Beach Hotel and Resort! The staff JoJo is incredibly friendly and professional, helping our group with everything! His service is excellent.
The service by all of the staff are excellent and they really go above and beyond for their customers! Very thoughtful services provided by them. The rooms are great as well, as well as the location is very close to the harbour and beach.
Ambience is great with songs playing at the background.

The experience we had at the Mambo Beach Hotel was very good. We enjoyed staying here and we definitely want to come back. The location is very good, and you have a lot of options to enjoy your trip. The activities include diving, snorkelling, and island tour all being able to be booked from the hotel, or you can simply enjoy your stay on hotel’s beach and/or pool in a peaceful atmosphere. The food was very good, just a little bit delayed in delivering it during rush hour. The live music show during dinner was very nice. Good price for the money.
