After one night we were forced to find another accommodation. It is impossible to sleep in this accommodation, I cannot consider this accommodation as a hotel. No catering, an unacceptable breakfast. But the worst, the 30 roosters crowing at 4:30 in the morning. Impossible to sleep, it is unacceptable and incomprehensible that booking references this establishment. I request a refund of course.

This would be a 10/10 for me if it weren't located in front of a rooster farm (20 or so) — they were only quiet 8pm — 4am. Its not for the light sleepers. They gave us ear plugs but I still slept with noise cancelling headphones on. The service and people are lovely and very helpful, great location, beautiful views. I asked for a top sheet when we arrived and it was no problem, as sleeping under a polarfleece blanket wasn't for me.

Terrible place. Had our reservation pending a full day, then they wouldn't confirm. Tried it again, and they again wouldn't confirm, but they kept advertising a vacancy. Then, the place changed from a minimum of 2-night booking online. Seems like a scam.

I love the view from my room, and it was a great sunset beach view. It is like everyone says u can hear whatever happen next door if theyre loud. The chicken quite loud too. But the rest is acceptable for me. And maybe I got lucky that theres no loud noise during my stay there.

The place and the location is good.
An inhouse restaurant would have made it best.
But still there are lot of very good restaurants nearby and so it's manageable.

Points: clean, comfortable, beachside, near the harbor, next to Me Vui, there is warm water, Netflix, hairdryer, standard amenities & standard breakfast. 🥰

Yeah this will be a 1star from me. What ever you do DO NOT book any of the downstair rooms. If anyone is staying above you, there is no chance you will get any sleep. There was a family of 4 ppl above me (which seems way too many people for one room) and I could hear everything, and I mean everything like they were next to me. I swear I could hear them breathe. That can be very freaky in the middle of the night especially. Whoever designed these cabins, should be out of job. Got almost no sleep while staying there.
The staff was friendly but also look like they couldn’t be bothered some of the time. Didn’t even check the breakfast order with me for the last day, so I just got no breakfast at all. The location is pretty good and the beach is literally just there. The rooms were ok, the bathroom was average mainly do to the shower heads, that were so green and with so much build up, that there was almost no water coming through. I think this place needs massive upgrade in all aspects.

Amazing stay on nusa Penida. Easy check in, lovely room and beautiful view on the ocean. Clean bathroom — big shower space (on and off hot water).
Two water bottles provided.
Issue in the night with extremely loud rooster calls starting at 4am right outside the room — kept waking us up.
Amazing air con worked well.
Easy to walk to restaurants.

I would not recommend this place if you are looking for private decent stay. Upon our arrival, all ac worked like weak coolers and lots of disturbance from surroundings. Bathroom door wasn’t closing, a few ants in room. Plug points were not working well. Only good point is that it’s situated right beside the shore, that’s it!

Room is nice. Right by the beach, no road to the place so you have to carry your bag across the sandy pathway.
Walls are super thin and it's super loud at night, you can hear everything outside. The waves sound nice and almost relaxing because you can hear the sound of the car passing by the road, chickens clucking, gecko, the neighbouring room and super LOUD music from the next lot.
The music started since 7pm and we waited till 10pm (the hotel "quiet time"), tried asking them to turn the music down and also told the receptionist which did almost nothing, just said that guy is having a birthday party and it's going until midnight and walk away. 😮‍💨

The environment is really beautiful and the surrounding areas are near the attraction sites. Well the TV reception was very unstable and the food wasn't very satisfying.

Nice views. Staff are friendly and helped to arrange transport from toyapakeh harbour. Mineral water available at reception. Amenities in hotel room is adequate, although TV reception may be unstable at times.

Peaceful relaxing, excellent location and nice staff.

Good room right on beach. Few local warungs near by. Not too far from main attractions. Staff good.
