For this price, the room is very clean, but the location is a bit remote. If you are very bothered by insects, I don't recommend coming here. I am not afraid of mosquitoes, and the price is very cheap, so I think it meets my expectations.

I stayed for three nights, was wonderful.
Staffs were so kind to make me happy.
Room was old but nice to chill out.
AC was powerful to cool the room fastly.
Breakfast was delicious,
The best thing was very quiet to take a rest.
You should rent a scooter to hang out,
Costs 100K a day. All same prices nearby.
There was a swimming pool, but didnt used cause I had to scuba dive at.

They always picked up each morning and we enjoyed a lot!
Highly recommending this place.
If I visit Nusa Penida again,
Will book here again.

Kulkul Bungalow is a place I truly loved in Nusa Penida. I booked a 4-bed dorm (hostel style) and it was absolutely wonderful — the garden is very well maintained, the pool is beautiful, the staff are super kind, and the breakfast was great!
The only downside was that the water ran out once while I was taking a shower, but it can happen — and they fixed it right away! 💦🌴
