One of the worst experiences in Bali – I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemies.
We booked this place through Booking under the name Kutampi Penida Resort, but upon arrival, we discovered it was actually D’Kubon Palace, located in a completely different location than what was shown. The contact number provided in the booking was never answered, and we only managed to find the place because our taxi driver asked at a nearby accommodation.
The room was in terrible condition. It seemed like the only cleaning that had been done was sweeping the floor. We found an empty beer bottle in the nightstand drawer and another one inside a cabinet, a bracelet left on a wardrobe shelf, and a tissue box filled with rice. On top of that, the bathroom door had a glass panel full of dead mosquitoes – absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. Nothing matched the photos on the listing.
The woman who welcomed us was friendly but overly pushy with taxis and tour offers. Worst of all, a man came knocking on our room door the first night to offer us a tour, which felt invasive and completely out of place.
If I could, I’d give this place — 5 stars. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemies.

Entrance very hard to find. Covered by tree.
Arrived with no one around. When someone finally arrived, they are rude as if we are thief.
Plants and vegetations are NOT trimmed. They blocked the walkway towards the room.
Cabinet full of spiderweb and dusty (U can try to draw on them). Fridge is not on (unplugged), and the plug is damn dusty (never used for so long). Fridge never cleaned, filthy.
Not enough electric plug. Spares available are behind the bed. 1 is even impossible to access, the other is hard to use location.
Zero coffee / tea. NO drinking water. Toilet seat are loose. Toilet door stuck many of times. MOSQUITO accompany you in the room.
Toilet carpet not provided. Hard to maintain dry floor in the room. Bidet placed on the floor, damaged. Toilet seat is not secured.

Bad experience, nobody in receptionist, had to asked people from cafe infront to call somebody, room dirty, and there is cockroaches. Straight out not even 5 mins I stayed.
