Very friendly staff, good breakfast! Amazing location. Make sure to hangout with the dogs that come by during the evening hours.

The staff is incredible, every time we came back to the room, it was clean and tidy and the bed was made, 3 times in one day! Very amazing experience, thoughtful people working there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is ok, certainly comfortable and clean enough with chairs and tables on the balconies of the rooms. But there are some drawbacks that lower my rating:
> the hotel staff are mostly young women with limited English language skills to help foreign travellers with travel advise. The hotel manager who speaks English well is not on-site all the time and only come when called on. There are also no strong men (or women! ) around to help with heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the second level rooms.
> the hotel staff have a bad habit of coming into your room while you're out and shutting off the air conditioning completely. In my view, what you pay for your room includes some air conditioning whether you're in the room all day or not.
> the rooms are equipped with TV's but there is no signal provided by the hotel so essentially it's false advertising that the rooms have TV's (that actually work! )
The hotel is located on the beach but there are no beach chairs so usage is practically limited.
The breakfast choices are quite limited and on my second morning there I was given an omelette which I didn't ever order (luckily it would have been my choice though! )

This is a nice, normal accommodation. No luxury, however the rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is nice and will help with everything. Breakfast is nothing extra. It takes about 45 mins with motorcycle to get to the famous beaches, but it is right next to Buyuk Harbour where the Blue Water express fast ferries arrive which is great.

This is a normal accommodation. No luxury, the rooms are nice however the bathroom would like a renovation. The water from Dunk and bathroom does not go away. The room is clean and the staff is nice and will help with everything. There is swimming and snorkeling by the sea however it is not relaxing.

The staff at the hotel really made our experience. They were very hospitable and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Even allowing us to stay in a room after our check in as our boat was not for a couple more hours!
The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with flowers.
We liked the location despite not having a driver or renting a scooter as it had a few restaurants near by as well as the beach.

Right on the beach with crystal clear water! Great clean rooms, worth every dollar and more. Bring earplugs to sleep in, in the mornings — it'll make a world of difference.

The room was super noisy in the night, the ac was on but nothing came out from it which made the room was super hot last night.
The pre-order breakfast was bit unusual, but when you wake up later than for breakfast, they still serve your breakfast on the table and left cover with tissue and getting cold. Not hygiene. No one expecting food cover with tissue. I think would be best to order when you are there in the table rather than pre order.

I chose this hotel just for snorkeling and I was not disappointed.
Just down the beach in front of the hotel, there is a very large area of coral reefs and lush corals. I call it Coral Garden. You can see the videos I uploaded, all shot there.
The hotel staff are also friendly and the service is very attentive. If you like snorkeling, this is the place for you.

This island isn’t like Bali, it has its own special charm. This is a wonderful place to stay and getaway from it all. They had a scooter for me to rent and the boat service is very close to got to the Gili Islands. Thanks so much! 🙏🙏🙏

Bungalow (wood interior) rooms are great.
Great beds with cotten😍 blankets and good pillows. Aircon is human friendly for being on all nigth.
The staff is very kind and helpfull.
Breakfast is basic but ok.
Gleanliness is ok.
The location is the only big issue.
There is loud traffic from 5:30/6:00 every day till ~23:00, so not a place for sleeping long!, which is really a pitty.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed.
The people are wonderful, kind, helpful and always smiling.
Great breakfast delivered to your room.
Private Beach with Snorkeling — healthy reef with abundance of fish.
Lovely pool and gardens.
Large room with fridge, hot shower comfy bed.
