Clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, reasonable price, great location if you have conference in BNDCC (the hotel located close to it), great mini infinity pool. Breakfast is okay. But the most important is they have impeccable service. The staff are all amazing and always try their best to accommodate. Special thanks to Ms Putrie Kinanti. Keep up the good work!

Just ok. Breakfast less variation. Sometimes smelly coming from nearby mangrove forest, the staff will spray the freshner.

Got off to a bad start when we arrived 3.30 and room still not ready despite a 2pm checkin so we had to wait. Bed not comfortable, breakfast very ordinary (catered more for the Asian population), after being out for 4 1/2 hours came back to a unserviced room even though it was 2pm! If you like to sleep in this isn’t the place as roosters wake you from 4:45am onwards! Only positive was the rooftop restaurant ambience & some great massages in the area. We wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here for 9 nights in June as part of our 1st wedding anniversary! All staff were polite and friendly. Room was spacious and the pillows were incredible (wanted to sneak them back in the suitcase. ) Lovely location for quiet break. Nusa dua beach being maximum 10 minute walk. The top floor restaurant was good, food we had was lovely (could have more variety of food) infinity pool was nice with a beautiful view. Would recommend to anyone, thanks for a lovely stay.

The hotel is good. Nice and clean. The services is excellent, they were very nice and friendly. I love interior room design, but form outside is so-so. If you near nusa dua. Try this hotel. Not so expensive too. Happy holidays.

Really good clean hotel. Good service and friendly staff. BBQ in level 6 is average for Bali. Limited options. Price come to 15k plus tax per person.

Great city Hotel. 2 minutes to the beach Tandzhun Benoa. And 30 minutes to Nusa Dua. Great location. The rooms are super. Safe, slippers, bathrobes. The bed is 3 meters) ) ) ) ) Great breakfast.

It's cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 20 minutes to the sea. Neighborhood.

A decent hotel considering its price. Rooms are without a shower but spacious. The beach line is not very far, but more or less good bathing areas are south of the small peninsula to the southwest (Marriott Beach, Grand Bali and south to Gegera). The food is good and quite diverse. There is a fitness room. Nice new budget hotel (by the standards of Nusa Dua). Well suited for temporary accommodation.

The best 4 stars hotel I have ever seen in nusa dua zone with an amazing rooftop and wide selection of breakfast buffet menu, magical infinity pool and bar, the hotel is in a strategic location surrounding with beautiful panorapic, very recommanded hotel and the price is reasonable, what a lovely hotel!

A european standard, therefore, really very very good for bali. Very wide and good choice at breakfast. A small flat for the local beer sold at a high price and at the music hall at 6 o'clock (I sleep very légé) ;)

Had buffet dinner at the rooftop. Wonderful views. Really nice place the have dinner and chill.

My experience at the nest hotel was good. The rooms were luxurious, and the morning breakfast had many choice preferences. The hotel had few minor issues. The facilities weren't clean, and to check in to the hotel it took approximately 30 minutes. The hotel well maintained, and with a spacious pool. The hotel could've been more cooperative, and friendly. The location was perfect, and there was an excellent view from the balcony. I recommend the nest hotel, but for the people who really care about luxury I don't recommend it at all.

The security in this place is horrible. Breakfast is worse than everything ive seen and I travel a lot. Wouldnt reccomend it theres way better for less of a price.

A very nice and clean hotel located just in front of a big lake. It's only a few months old since finished so the interior is still new. Nice breakfast options and cool swimming pool with great view. The room is spacious with a big bed just great for 2.

Great room and great breakfast. However there is no view around the hotel, accept if we go to the six floor for breakfast.

Front desk need better service. I was waiting for like 30 mins just to ask help opening the door because I cant contact my wife and I was only given 1 key to be shared for two of us. They did not even say something about we will help you in a moment. They just ignore me standing there like I'm not there and other people just keep cutting the line by just directly reach the table and checking out or other stuff. When there is no one standing near the front desk they like busy doing stuff. As a courtesy, I was waiting for the staff to greet me when they are ready. But no communication given that they acknowledge my present but in need to do other stuff first. After standing there watching they doing stuff and other guest just cutting the line without asking me if Im in line as well the staff does not help by saying there is someone in line rather than help other guest that does not know courtesy of lining up, I'm really disappointed with the service. I say the staff need better training on how to take care customer as well have more men power. Especially during peak hour. This happened aroun noon at May 22 2017. Other (room, in room service, etc) are ok.

This is a great affordable hotel. The hotel is new only few months old, clean, great staff too. My highlight: Have roof top swimming pool and barbeque all you can eat for IDR150.000 only every friday start at 6 pm. Bar on the side of roof top swimming pool. Great view from rooftop, there are 2 roof top area, one is where the barbeque and swimming pool, the other one is just to sit and relax with the view of the sea.

The rooms were gorgeous. However, the building was not finished. Could only access the pool after 5pm and the roof top restaurant was not done. We were not advised of this when we checked in, and headed upto the roof top and was shocked to see workmen and nothing completed. The doors in the room would not close properly, so we had loads of mosquitoes in the room as well as water as it rained through the night. My husband advised reception and he told us to switch lights off and sit in the dark… This hotel has great potential, however I feel it shouldn't be open until its completed.

The hotel is gorgeous, the service far exceeded my expectations! Maid service every day, always fresh towels, soft bathrobes (all very nice), shower supplies are constantly replenished.
