Expect 5 stars services and 5 stars prices, all of the staffs are very helpful and good at their jobs. Cleanliness are on point, you can't miss the view, one look at the beach view then most likely you will make a huge smile on your face. Definitely one of the best 5 stars villas & resorts in Bali. Perfect for honeymoon, second honeymoon and private wedding / event.

Very good resort overall. Quite expensive, but I think it worth it. Note to the hotel, please figure out how to ensure there is no condensation in the room floor. It cause wet floor and bedding n quite uncomfortable.

Home away from home. Returned here after a year and still a memorable stay. This time got a villa. Very spacious, with pool, huge living room and bathroom. Food is a hit and miss. Afternoon tea in the cave and inclusive non-alcoholic drinks is included in the stay. Bar fridge is topped up twice a day. Service is top notch.

We brought an 18month old baby who the staff treated like a little king. The kids club/ in-house babysitting on offer was second to none. Overall we could not be happier with our stay at Samabe. We’ll definitely come back.

What an absolutely incredible place, Bali is beautiful and Samabe hotel is just the cherry on the top of an amazing holiday. It's clean, peaceful, elegant and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I have throughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% stay again in the future. I ❤️ Samabe.

Beautiful resort to my gorgeous beach. Not cheap but quality.

Beautiful hotel, with very personal service. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The beach is 170 steps down but there is an elevator being installed so I presume that will be rectified shortly. Tvs in rooms are a bit outdated but other than that it is a wonderful hotel with great food and service.

Gorgeous resort with exceptionally friendly staff and service. Definitely felt pampered with the all inclusive package. Both restaurants offered delicious food. However, for the price point, I think this resort could use more pools (only has two and they're quite small) and more restaurant options (only has 2 — felt bored after 2 days). Also felt like the staff was realllllly pushing us to take tours and go outside the resort even though we wanted to stay in and relax. Overall, good experience but it is quite pricey!

Lacks the WOW factor of alternative 5 star resorts in the region. Although smaller and more intimate, what a perfect opportunity for fine tuned perfection at every level. The staff are amazing. The personal touch of a resident duck is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with sensational views (some of the best) however the furnishings are becoming tired and lack the prestige for the price. Food selection appears rather limited although this is only day two. These are first impressions and first impressions matter, yes fairly less positive than most but when your neighbour is the Ritz-Carlton or the Hilton and you are vying for an equal star rating, this is when the smallest elements make the biggest differences. All negative elements are property related. Potentially an investment issue. The grounds could easily be improved and the rooms better maintained for the perfect touch a five star clientele are expecting. Kids club is small (expected) but also becoming dirty. Beach club equipment feels like seconds and life jackets are stained and mouldy. The major plus, the internal purchasing is a faction of the cost of neighbouring hotels (spa, food, drinks, etc). My advise, give people a reason to pay more and they will happily do so. I like this property, I love others.

Amazing views, great staff.

My partner and I chose to spend our first few nights at Samabe Bali Suites and Villas, to celebrate her birthday. Overall the experience was unbelievable and we will most definitely return in future! The staff were so well mannered and actually wanting to help, right from the check-in process and the lovely Chris (who spoke 5+ languages! ), and the porter staff who were always there to help with luggage, offering drinks, and carting us around in golf buggies. The room we stayed in was immaculate with incredible architecture, good fast Wi-Fi, multi-zone aircon, a private pool, and a mini bar that’s restocked everyday. We found it hard to leave the room. The grounds and facilities were also well kept and looked simply stunning. We ate at both crystal blue and the cave dinner at night, but the major highlight was the cave dinner (power of love) which was a once in a lifetime experience which was well worth the spend. Incredibly atmosphere for a special occasion.

5 Days stayed here and so happy to stay with oceanviews and friendly people have the best private beach also.

A unique and breathtaking cave dinner. The food of the purest enjoyment. Atmosphere indescribably beautiful, pure romance but by no means cheesy. Perfect for honeymooners or those who want to become one. Location right on the hotel's private beach. Reserved, absolutely correctly friendly staff.

Incredibly friendly staff, absolutely gorgeous setting, amenities that provide enough for you to stay on site the whole time if you choose. Late November stay, still plenty of sun, nice and warm. Completely empty; I feel like we have this whole thing to ourselves. One of the few places I've traveled that I'd like to return to.

The service was great. However they did not give us the room we requested for our honeymoon and did not accommodate. We even booked through there website and contacted them by email to ensure we got our honeymoon suite however they gave us some villa which was not what we wanted. Food was good but overall it was overpriced.

Close to a full five-star rating. The rooms and the facilities are fantastic. The staff there are excellent. The breakfast buffet and menu options are extremely well done. The welcoming arrival is fancy and relaxing (though they did appear to mess up a small booking detail, they fixed it right away). The opportunities are better communication overall within the same departments (restaurants mainly where staff don't know a lot of basic answers options for hot/cold drinks, which coloured receipt to give back, talking to each other on who is getting the customer something, etc. ). The sports staff at the beach were disappointingly​ unhelpful! They won't show you how to use any equipment. I asked a few times and the guy there said "I'm busy"; not what I expected at a 5-star resort and where health and safety are printing at risk.

Beautiful resort located at top of cliff. Has a private beach at bottom of cliff, some 160 steps down. Night time, stars are visible, with constant sound of the waves. Service is 5 star.

This is an amazing resort with an amazing customer service and super friendly staff. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay feel super special. I have travelled to many places and this would have to be one of my favourite resorts. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Beautiful place, beautiful service, very silent area. Good for honeymoon and ret-reat.

Held in JW MARRIOTT hotel Dubai 5 nights in the middle of August 2016. Medium-sized hotel, everything is clean and tidy, lots of flowering plants and there is space. There are beautiful statues and a pond with Lotus! There is a local frogs and fish, come monkey. Despite some minor flaws, overall the hotel for once — good. If you want a beach holiday in Bali — come here at least for a few days.
