Unbelievably BAD. The pool gave everyone terrible chemical burns with highly overdosed acid, Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had with stale bread, cold eggs and inedible. Staff were half asleep and didn't clean the villa properly. Left breakfast plates till afternoon to clear. Argued with me over pool chemicals and Im a water treatment engineer. Tiles on the pool have peeled off from all the acid in the water. Poorly maintained villa. Linen and towels stink and old. Noise from barking street dogs at 5am and lots of vehicle noise — beeping etc in early morning. Stay well away.

Vacationing in a Villa for three weeks in August together with his wife, just super, the best vacation in our life. The Villa is very big, spacious, huge pool of 14 meters, where we enjoyed Breakfast each morning and a romantic dinner under the evening watching movies on a 3 meter screen above the pool. The villas feature a large number of movies, I think about 200-300, the staff when the request provides a choice of any movies, information we found on the menu, which by the way is also translated into Russian language, apparently these villas are very fond of Russian! Large menu with a selection of different dishes, even Solyanka and borscht to eat. Prepare delicious, but sometimes not enough salt, perhaps, not to overdo, but it's not problems, tons of salt and pepper brings the staff separately, if they ask. Close to two beaches, the first of about one hundred meters around, very clean and beautiful, its always clean, tons of standing next to a 5 star hotel, but there is very finely so we're walking in the evening or sunbathing on the towels, the second beach is located 500-600 meters from the villas, someone wrote that there is garbage on the road and on the beach, before going we read the reviews, this is complete nonsense, walking down the street with a local flavor, small shops about 8-10 minutes to slowly, everything is clean, a pleasure, go to the beach, there is a lot of fun on the water (parachutes, Hitachi, cheesecakes, and so forth, lol!
