Really beautiful staff very friendly and helpful! Though the rooms are a little run down they are good for the price and it is close to many great restaurants in Ubud. Definitely check out Fair Future Foundation's Charity Restaurant! Incredible!
We booked a room to spend a night in Ubud, we couldn't make it there and asked to move the booking to another day, the request was granted immediately and professionally. When we got to the place a couple days later we were welcomed by a lovely balinese girl, well mannered and helpful. We didn't get the room with the pool (eventhough it was advertised with a pool) but it's been enough to even get a room since we had to move the booking to another day. The room was clean and tidy, we got a welcome drink and a HUGE breakfast with pancakes, fresh juice, coffee, tea and fresh fruit. The only turn down were the ants, there were ants in every room, but sometimes I think there's only so much you can do about that…
