Gorgeous venue. Beautiful and very personable staff. Fantastic location right across the road from the beach. Great dinners and a different theme every night. This place is definitely our go to from now on each time we come to Bali. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

Awesome! Location at the busiest place, alive for 24hrs. Beach walk mall is 12 min walking distance for restaurants, food court, speciality & high end stores. Lots of others foods options nearby and night life. You should know what you want to do while in Bali. If you want to do sight seeing & only go to sleep at night then pick more affordable accommodation. If you want to enjoy the surrounding and enjoying your hotel, then splurge with this one. Have you heard “eat your breakfast like a King? ” In here (& majority of 5star hotels in Asia) you are really treated with a feast for breakfast. The choices are abundant & taste very good! You can literally skip lunch. Very friendly/polite people & you will be greeted by most workers here. You won’t have problem conversing in English with locals, even some can speak multi languages, good enough to pass instructions or messages.

The staff were nothing short if friendly and polite! The hotel itself was very clean and spacious with quite a serene ambience. I stayed in the regular room that was facing the garden. But was fortunate enough to get the top floor. As a result I could see the beach! Amenities were great. Room was spacious. Breakfast was international buffet styled with a chef making eggs to your preference. Being located at Kuta beach had its pros and cons. On one hand you were near the beach with all the shopping areas. However due to its popular location, traffic was constantly jammed and going to and from the hotel could be quite long. Had my 3 1/2 year old and 2 year old grand daughter's with us best kids pool for a very relaxing stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic something for everyone's tastes. Had doctor on site whom I had to visit, good service and at a very reasonable price. Equivalent to what you pay in Australia. The spa area was beautiful and the massage therapy was very good. Widi was aware of my injury and tailored the massage to suit. A great place to stay the only minor drawback was the location on the 1 way road but plenty of good places to eat nearby and plenty of markets for shopping. I would definitely go back and stay there.

The Hotel was quite big. We got the room free upgraded. It was just a across the Kuta Beach, so we can play on the beach on the afternoon. The breakfast was good. The linen was soft. Didnt try the dinner, because we already eat at Fat Joe, which is not too far from the hotel.

Stayed at the executive with 2 bedrooms. Had a pleasant stay. Gym and the pools are okay. The bar has nice drinks. Hairdryer was not working, tried to call the operator several times but no one picked up.

Fantastic holiday resort for all ages. Very clean and tidy. Directly across from the beach and within walking distance to shopping, dining, bar's and everything really!

First class hotel with very nice and friendly standard of services. Tower 3 is newly ha a restoration and refurbish. Other tower will have it too.

Very nice hotel, most rooms with lake view. The breakfast buffet is very good, even gluten-free is easily feasible after questioning.

Nothing to fault. Very enjoyable 5 star. Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect position across from Legian beach. And down the road for all the shopping, restaurants, bars, and salon services you could want.

Very nice hotel in the middle of town but still on the beach. Very nice pool where even a DJ is in the afternoon. Very nice staff.

Excellent place to stay. Well located, great staff, really nice rooms. The spa is fantastic! Breakfast has lots of variety and themed buffet dinners are a good option for staying in to eat.

A great place to stay, good location close to lots of good restaurants and of course shopping. Excellent staff… all so friendly. Breakfast has a fantastic variety and seafoos buffet night was terrific. Only suggestion would be some type of notice board in foyer with weeks activities… missed an evenings entertainment as we did not know aboui it. Overall we had a wonderful 10 day stay.

Sound like crazy if I give this rating for hotel like Pullman, why I give it because what happen to me was very disappointed first our hot water not work well just open the hit water knob we can bath with it, the second when take spa with the promotion letter but the spa said that no promotion like that. After all the breakfast very good and ambience very quiet.

A great experience staying at the Pullman! Staff were very happy and friendly. We had a king garden room and it was huge! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel located 200m from the beach like most hotels. Very touristic place with activities proposed.

Nice rooms. Breakfast has everything you could want. Coffee lovely. Right opposite the beach which is great. Spa is lovely environment. Very professional, quiet and fully trained staff. Great themed nights. Pool area not big enough. The infinity pool upstairs is sooo hot and not enough lounges. Downstairs pool could be bigger. But a great central place to stay to all restaurants.

Had a great time here. Went with my Grandma who has a walker. The staff were very accommodating, especially Bobby — the smiling assassin. He took care of any issues we might've had and did it all with a smile. Right across the road from the beach and great yoga in the morning!

Excellent hotel. My wife and I have visited 3 times in total and have enjoyed every stay. The Pullman's location is great (close to the beach, malls and restaurants/bars) which is one of the reasons we like staying here.

Has gone downhill fast. One staff member particularly rude — European lady Anouk or similar, stepped across front foyer entrance in front of me whilst rudely yelling at a poor Indonesian staff member who didn't speak back, making me almost run into her and being forced to walk right around them with an injured foot. No apology at all. It looked almost bullying to the staff member and no concern for guests. I will never go back there again!

We had a fantastic visit here! It's so clean and fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! Security is great. We will be back!

Wonderful rooms with neo design. The restaurant can't be missed. True international selection fitting every taste that changes a little daily. From English breakfast to American pancakes and sausages to vegetarian Indian foods to Chinese porridge to Indonesian curry, it had it all. And international dessert selections as well.

Superb hotel… it is located very near to Kuta and Legian beaches. The breakfast spread is awesome, their pool and gardens are ideal place to relax. Best thing was a complimentary photography session with their professional photographer.

Very nice Hotel. Great location, beautifully kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread is huge with so many options. But like lots of big hotels that try to please all comers from every corner of the world, the quality & taste of the food suffers. In a word, bland. The rooftop infinity pool looked dull when I was there and they had very little shade for this popular pool. They could easily have another row of beach umbrellas along the front and sides of the pool. Airport pickup service was excellent.

This is a fantastic hotel, with wonderful staff everywhere. It's almost like their ethos is "The answer is yes we can, now what's the question". We had a beautiful suite overlooking the spa area which was nice & calm. There are some rooms overlook one of the pools, outdoor bar & restaurant which may be noisier during the daytime. We also had a great view across to the rooftop pool & bar which is *the* place to sip a drink & watch the sun set over the ocean. We had breakfast every day we could & it was a large, delicious, sumptuous spread of local & international choices, with a chef station which would cook to order. If you don't like the breakfast here then there's something wrong with you. I cannot wait to return.

Access is hard and have to go through heavy traffic legian street. Walk to the room is very far and breakfast is not good. But near to legian and seminyak. Would not return.

Near the beach. The kids love the various swimming pools available. From the infinity pools on the 3rd floor to the kids pool on the ground. However, the room is quite dark. More lights will be really appreciated.

Wow. What a place! Stayed 10 nights with morning yoga classes, great breakfast, rooms very tidy and clean. Walking distance to all off Kuta, legian is perfect. Grab a taxi to semiyak.

I had one of my best stay in Bali at Pullman Legian. A room overlooking Kuta Beach. A welcoming box from Pod Chocolate. And most importantly, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in during my many hotel visits. The vibe is right as well. Perfect for couples who are travelling on a getaway in Bali.

From the day we arrived, the staff is so helpful, we got refreshing towels with jasmin scented smell and ginger drink at the lobby, while we wait for our room the staff takes us to wait at the conectivity room very nice private room. We can also switch our room from garden infinity pool to garden sea view sight. The view was breathtaking, only two suggestions for this hotel. More lights in the room and should make the Indonesian foods more tastier since this is an Indonesian hotel where mostly people want to try some Indonesian foods.

I was so enchanted by the peacefulness in a busy world and the thoughtfulness from staff enjoying their hotel. Who would notice the shopping delights a scooter distance down the road and the surf is really there … sometimes.

Just few steps from kuta beach, great hotel facility with nice view to the beach. Excelent hospitality. But in my opinion the breakfast is not so delicious, but okay.

A very comfortable hotel with fantastis view sunset from the 3rd floor swimming pool. The sunset view compareable to sunset in villa hijau batulayang.

Not that quality I expected from 5 star hotel. The basin in my bathroom is with scratches and some dirty spots on the tubes. But it is ok in general.

Have been there for some nights. Truly incredible room that you can feel very comfort once you coming in through the door.

Great value for money. Lovely staff, good room size, somethings didn't quite work but the staff were extreamly helpful. Breakfast was amazing but dinner could have been better. Kids club is great.

The hotel is nice but sadly the front desk managar is so arrogant and not helpfull. Too bad for a nice hotel and a very beautiful place to have a managar like that.
