The hotel is too shabby, the rooms by the road at night are very noisy (mopeds and packs of barking stray dogs interfere with sleep), there is nothing for breakfast (there is nothing for breakfast, there is no choice at all), the furnishings in the rooms are poor minimalism (there are no sockets, no hairdryer, no shampoos and no gel, even There is no soap box. All the furniture creaks). In the photos, everything looks much more decent than the fact.

A very tired hotel. Time to endure. Everything creaks, everything is old. And it is in Deluxe… the Breakfast is terrible. Sometimes it happens that all can be forgiven for the sake of something one super, but everything is consistently bad.

The rooms are quite large. On the walls partly the wallpaper drops off a bit. The wlan doesn't really work well. Pool is very nice and clean. Lying by the pool. The restaurant offers good prices and drinks. The main stand is 20 minutes. The nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes away. All in all, however, I would recommend this accommodation.

Not sure how people can give great reviews for this hotel. Unless you are really not choosy where you stay. We arrived last Thursday 12 the April 2018 at 1.30 and we gone by 2.30. We had booked a Deluxe Room.!? It had no walk in shower (as advertised). Shower curtain was disgusting colour. Doors on cupboards were coming off hinges. Ac's old and look like need update badly. Gardens in need of attendance. And on one website … which is another reason we booked all pictures looked so inviting and so did the swim up bar that we saw on one website … Does not exist anymore.? This in this day and age is false advertising.

The hotel is nice, convenient location! Friendly staff. A variety of breakfasts. Clean Pool! And now about cons-never use taxi services against the hotel! Bred tourists! In the beginning agree to the amount and say that know where this place is located (clarified several times, showed the place on the map! ) and in the end had to go on my navigator in the phone (this is the most polar place on the Ostrava! And that's the driver on the offer. There is a tour) after half way, suddenly find out that you are already one for the price of 4 times more expensive! The price for Uber was three times cheaper!

Nice place to stay with friends and family. Very close to the airport and beach. The room are of decent size and are maintained very well. Rates are very reasonable. Definitely a big thumbs up.

Best place to stay, near the beach. Staff helpful and speaks better English. Airy Rooms. Good swimming pool. Did not see any local people during our 2 nights stay. We did not opt for breakfast. This place is near to everything you need. Would like to come here again.

Cheap price, beach without waves. Small rooms. Everything is nice in principle.

Homey hotel with so friendly and helpful owners who greet you every time you meet them. One night they made us Salmon pizza for free. Complete package for meeting or training, good food and snack selections. Too good to be true, it's very affordable compared to other hotels' package. Will always be back to here for certain occasions :)

The room was very comfortable. It smells damp. Lingerie Grey. The café is expensive. But convenient location and nice pool. I got something stolen from the number of one tourist. The formulation were very concerned, but the thing did not come back. So be careful and cautious. The hotel could go back again. Beautiful grounds. Mango trees and flowers grow.

Very friendly staff. We returned there for the third time. We were given a room above instead of a paid standard. Clean pool. Nice garden. At the exit there are guides-they are not street barkers, and guides from official firms. Nearby there is the Lippo Mall, one kilometer from the Discovery mall.

First time that we stayed here. Really close to the airport and fantastic value for money! Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was nice and pool area was nice too!

Spacious and everyday housekeeping with friendly staff. Food is limited and we use to go out to eat. Swimming pool is quite big. Oh Mary (the staff) is a great one. My husband and I likes her so much. If we will visiting Bali maybe will go to Palm Beach hotel again.

Have been in this hotel since 6.02.2018 to 28.02.2018 With friends and everything is wonderful. Hotel to its stars. Very quiet pleasant place. Friendly and helpful staff. The beach is two minutes walk. There are sun loungers and every morning the beach area was cleaned. In a word the release proshol wonderfully. Next year we are going to come to this hotel.

Nice place, very good atmosphere. Polite and welcoming staff. A perfect getaway for a stress free vacation. Must come atleast once.

Very quiet good service, very friendly, good food, great price. I recommend it a lot.

Breakfast was included in booking and had to pay extra, but otherwise fine. The breakfast wasn't so good. Convenient and close to airport but had to pay 125k from airport when it was actually really close.

Good choice for price. Private rooms at a reasonable price, very close to Kuta beach and other places of interest. The hotel is in good condition, good cleanliness and good service.

Nice and quiet away from the cars place, helpful staff. Very nice patio with pool and lots of greenery. Mangoes and coconuts, bananas and bread trees grow.

Palm beach hotel is a lovely hotel the staff are amazing. The hotel is budget pool area is awesome deluxe rooms were great nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and happy. The only thing I could fault is there is no cocktail list.

Stayed here for 4 weeks in a deluxe room and could not fault anything. All staff were extremely friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Pool is lovely and always cleaned, gardens are beautiful and breakfast was always nice. The restaurant was lovely and the meals were reasonably priced. Yes it is a budget hotel but at the upper end I really didn't know what to expect but and admit was a bit nervous but family wanted us to stay with them and was impressed with this hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Got here to spend 1 night. They only had rooms with 2 beds. Small beds! Like tiny. One looked dirty and the other was good. Simple room with a balcony. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. For the price it's good but other than that, I'm good.

Nice hotel close to the airport a surf breaks. Lovely staff and nice rooms. Good food and cheap accommodation which is all one needs. Older style hotel in need of a little TLC, but still nice.

Beautiful and colonial place. Peaceful, great location. Scooter rental, close to town and beach. Great breakfast and swimming pool.

The staff are friendly and do the work efficiently. Thanks to Marry and Vishnu. We love this workers who always wear a smile when giving service. They are approachable. The resort is quiet good. The swimming pool is huge enough to chill out. I love the place and I would love to stay here again for my next visit in Bali Indonesia.

Everything was good there until the owners son came back, since then, many people have gotten their passports, electronics, and money stolen from inside the room. His name is Richard and he brought in new housekeeping. Since then it has been very bad for customers getting robbed inside the hotel. Nothing is safe there. Even if you have a safe in your room they can open it with a special key. If you don't want to get robbed, go stay in another hotel.

Stayed for 1 night. All Tsivilno and cozy, nice rooms with big TV. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice of dishes.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are bad light, there is air conditioning, TV with 1 Russian channel. Standard Room… But a polite servant! There is a nice pool, restaurant on site. Near there is a good supermarket in which real prices in Bali and they are not so kusuchie) it has a great not expensive café in which you can eat.

This is a fantastic resort; low cost and good location, near by beach! We just love it.

The location is excellent because we live on the outskirts of the center, nice spacious rooms if not take the cheapest. Our room 805 enters the courtyard looking at the pool. This hotel with a large territory and a yard. The ocean across the street.

Hello, Our team is here to start managing The Palm Beach Bali. We see there were many complaints before, and we know we can make the hotel much better in the near future. For starters, 47 of the 100 rooms now have brand new bathrooms. The rooms that do not have new bathrooms will be sold for discount. We just Purchased 97 32 Inch LCD Flat Screen TV's. We are installing them as fast as we can. If you dont have one in your room, call front desk and ask for one. We upgraded the Wi-Fi from 5 megabit to 50 megabit. Although we are still having a few issues with the routers that will be fixed shortly. We have been fixing up other things, and trying to make it better and better. We really like this hotel a lot because it is only a 50 Feet from the beach. It is also a 1 or 2 minute walk to Lippo Shopping Mall. We like this hotel because every room has a private balcony, and are good sized. We like this hotel because every room has a fridge so people can buy things from Lippo Malls large grocery store. Also we love the huge pool, tropical gardens, and restaurant that has lots of good things to eat. The area also is quite and great. There are lots of little restaurants all over, shops, and it is away from the annoying kuta scene with kuta hustlers, etc. It is also less then 10 minutes to the Bali (DPS) Airport.

We like this hotel because every room has a private balcony, and are good sized. We like this hotel because every room has a fridge so people can buy things from Lippo Malls large grocery store. Also we love the huge pool, tropical gardens, and restaurant that has lots of good things to eat. The area also is quite and great. There are lots of little restaurants all over, shops, and it is away from the annoying kuta scene with kuta hustlers, etc. It is also less then 10 minutes to the Bali (DPS) Airport. And a nice beach walk, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk down the beach to Discovery Mall There is also a bowling alley there, and a few more minutes walking, there is Kuta Square, and right after that Kuta Beach. You really cannot beat the location of this great hotel. Esp for low cost. So, we will be fixing things as soon as we can, and making it better and better each week. For me, this is a hidden gem if your on a budget. Thanks, John Lerner.

So beautifull beach resort on earth… it was perfect for my holiday last year.

WARNING! BED BUG INFESTATION! PLEASE READ: We arrived at Palm Beach Hotel in Kuta, Bali on December 21, 2015 evening. After dinner at their restaurant, me, my little brother and little sister went straight to bed because we were so exhausted from our travel. The next morning we woke up insanely itchy. To our surprise my little sister had 60+ red blotchy bed bug bites on both of her legs. I woke up with 25+ bites and my feet were really swollen. My little brother woke up with 20 bites. Alarmed we immediately went to the front desk to voice our concerns. The man at the counter told us they would get it resolved. Throughout the day the bed bug bites became progressively worse, becoming bright red and even more itchy. When we got back that evening, again we went to the front desk to confirm whether or not our sheets were changed because we couldn’t trust that they replaced the sheets since our complaint in the morning. Later, a man-who claimed he was the manager-said that our medical bill will be completely covered if a doctor confirmed the bites were from bed bugs. Then as we headed back to our room, we saw an employee with Raid Aerosol Spray. We were so shocked to see that this was how they planned to “solve the problem” in the room. We repeatedly asked for them to change the sheets of our 3 beds more than 3 times, and each time they were reluctant.

Breakfast was quite poor, cleaning is not consistent, old bathroom, receptionist was on the phone (not work related conversation) when we were waiting for checkout, so she gave a thumb up for the key. Also, prior years it was not possible to pay with MasterCard, this year they manage to deduct the costs one day before arrival without our consent.

We went in January 2011 year. Even now remember how there was cool. Not sorry about anything! Rode with fear and suddenly, and as three stars still, what service? And were very pleased. People are very cordial and hospitable, friendly, smiling. Beautiful territory, tidied. Lived on the first floor, balcony, was held along the pond, it was inhabited by a huge fish that we they fed) ) ) just on the balcony was whickered furniture, very cool. Number of daily pribirali. Fed only breakfasts. Tasty and local) ) i. E. Rice, their seasoning etc. But it was issklûčenie-Toast) ) ) very tasty) Turkey Lovers, of course, resented griped where "all inclusive". It was very embarrassing for them. And so Russians out there a little. Mostly Australians and a couple of Germans) ) ) it's about Bali in General.
Just the hotel got very cool guides. Very well spoke Russian, and very friendly.
And finally, when we just still identified with travel, choice of country, us travel agency said that Bali is a great choice, because it's one of those places where you want to go back. And indeed! No matter how many lied. And there are. We really want to go there again, the same people! Have a good holiday! ) )
