It is nice hotel I have 3 or 4 time guest stay here the Rani hotel. Never said bad. So now I will recommen for my guest from India (Singapore) will come in December. I hope all good. Keep good Rani.

Simply loved this Hotel. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming. Great pool area and bar facilities. All was just so nice. Thank you The Rani.

There was no fen, the Internet was constantly blunted.

Lift did not work in my 4 days stay. I would give hu drd to restaurant staff. Hotel is just average.

Reasonable hotel — good breakfast as long as you stay away from the fruit since it gets flies on it. Staff very helpful. The room is good as long as you can manage with the noise from the people playing in the pool in the early morning.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly staffs and most importsnt 24 hours food service available! However room cleanliness can be improvised to better standard.

Nice hotel, good location… cheap enough, the breakfast was complete and good.

Stayed here many times. This time off to a poor start. AC issues, dirty room and a few other issues. Today the manager came and had a chat to us… Every issue rectified and still offered another room. Much happier they were proactive and confirmed we were happy. Thank you for finally making our stay what we have always known it to be.

Good location, Near Airport. Reasonable price (one night $35~55). Kind people. Delicious Breakfast Buffet. Calm and comfortable.

The first impression of the small hotel may be that it is charming, a place to relax and completely well kept. I was glad my stay was very short. When one thinks of a 4 star hotel one would expect great service, soft clean white towels and some decent facilities. Unfortunately my experience was different. The reception we got upon arrival at the hotel was not very pleasant. My friends and I felt as though we were not being informed properly about the procedures of the hotel unlike the previous resorts we had stayed at in Ubud and Candidasa. The Wi-Fi works better in the room than it does anywhere else in the hotel. Reception is not very strong either. The bath and swim towels my partner and I found in our room were well worn and rough on the skin. The shower head in our bathroom sprayed water everywhere leaving our floor wet and a little unsafe. I suppose our room in particular was not the greatest. The door facing the court yard and swimming pool would not open until we asked for it to be fixed. Generally the hotel's reviews and ratings we looked through did not really live up to what we experienced while staying there. I will say though on the day of our departure the front of house on duty was a lot more helpful and nicer than the one we had met on our arrival.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, cheap, decent and a awesome pool. The spa is really nice and affordable as well.

The Rani hotel & Spa Love staying here in the pool view room nice stuff best time for this hotel would be from October November the sun over pool making the temperature of water perfect my room really nice but the bed was very hard but the good stuff got onto it for me and put a good sort top on for me Now all they need is good coffee Hotel is in a good location very close to beach and Lippomart and cinamaxx.

Small hotel, large room and good view from balcony and good location. Nice place to relax.

Arriving after 12 at night, the desk service was great in helping us check in and settling down. Only downside was that we booked a room with a double bed and received 2 single beds, but with the heat of Bali it actually worked out great. We really enjoyed our 10 night stay, very comfortable beds to sleep in and I enjoyed sleeping in clean bedding each night. Extremely clean. Great breakfast buffet each morning and we enjoyed our off days just relaxing next to the pool with our Bintang beer bucket!

Old hotel, after renovation in modern design but still not so good, poor internet, not professional staff.

Bjg room and near to the sea at good price.

Close proximity to both Lippo Mall and Centro. Great service. Exclusive place for stay.

Nice hotel near to Lippo Mall Spacious room with balcony Bar is not open late at night.
