Just spent 14 nights at Febris absolutely amazing value for money kids loved the park, pool and the gazebo too my third time staying here and we will be back thanks to Paul the manager and my awesome room attendant Erik it was a fantastic stay xx.

Fantastic staff & 2nd time staying beautiful hotel great restaurant food is delicious & awesome spa package. Thankyou to all the staff my daughter had a seizure in the restaurant all the staff were so helpful running over quickly & helping us we were very greatful everyone was so caring. Kayla ended up staying the night in hospital they were brilliant too we are back home now thankyou again & kayla is doing much better. Xox.

Febris Hotel and Spa is a lovely family friendly place. The rooms are a little older but spotlessly clean. The Towel art is such a lovely touch each day. The staff are so lovely.

Rating the spa only. They are nice, very good food scrub, and it is very reasonably priced. However the massage itself left more to be desired — asked for more strength and it was so for the next 3 minutes. Requested more time on the back and less on the limbs but in the end received same timing as husband.

It's a good hotel, nice the common part with a long pool at the entrance and rooms all around. We were in a somewhat decentralized wing where there is a smaller pool.
Dear the staff, on arrival they offer fresh fruit, each request was fulfilled with good speed. The rooms are a bit spartan, not too big but clean.
The idea is that it is a "passing" hotel because it is close to the airport (which is why we chose it) and for this need it is perfect!

Amazing! Nice view, big pool, clean and big rooms, friendly staff. Beds are a bit hard but you can request a comforter to make it softer. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazingly tasty food they cook beside providing good quality services. Only problem I got was the Wi-Fi which was confusing. Otherwise this hotel is recommended to budgeted family.

Karena bawa anak2. Sepanjang jalan banyak restaurant, namun sepertinya lebih fokus utk wisman. Jadi hanya makan fastfood di Discovery mall. Namun di informasikan dengan baik oleh recepsionis tempat yg cocok.

Thank you to everyone at Febris for making our first holiday to Bali so comfortable and easy we had the best spa treatments ever at reasonable prices which left us feeling pampered and relaxed. All the staff were incredible and such a joy to deal with from the cleaners to management great people. The buffet breakfast was a perfect start to the day. My kids and husband loved the waffles best ever thankyou to all the kitchen staff. Rooms were a great size and cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels provided, we loved how the towels were always folded into different animals for us so cute thankyou Fendi. The hotel itself is so close to the airport and so central to everything, we were only a few minutes (walking) from Waterbom Park, Lippo and Discovery Mall and in between the Mall's the never ending rows of markets and shops which was an amazing experience. Thankyou once again Febris Hotel & Spa we will definately return for our next stay.

We (my fiancé and I) recently stayed at Febris for my 30th birthday. It was our first time to Bali and we were searching for a very relaxing holiday. The hotel staff and spa staff were the best in the world. You made our time very special and exceeded our expectations.
You all work very hard to keep the hotel to such a high standard, the grounds and gardens are immaculate.
On my birthday the restaurant staff brought me a birthday waffle with a candle and all sang Happy birthday to me. Then Fiki decorated our room with a beautiful swan towel and flowers when he cleaned it. We were overwhelmed with the treatment we received and the friendliest.
You have truly given us a wonderful holiday and we think you deserve 5 *

Never had I experienced such an awesome spa. Our package was cost effective but the quality was 5 star. I would recommend this place anytime. If I had more time I would have been here everyday for my week long stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of my trip to Bali.

We went here last night and made very welcomed service was great food was great and pretty well priced and a singer on wich was a bouns try here u not be disappointed.

Decent clean place and peaceful. Good complimentary breakfast too. Air-conditioning and cleanliness could be improved though it is manageable. The staff are reliable. When I came back from breakfast I was surprised to find the house cleaning boy doing his job. I had left all my valuables like my wallet etc. It was all arranged well but not a cent was missing. Good bathrooms too. No buckets for washing clothes. They are firm and kind. Even brought me a plug adapter at short notice. Wow. Hats off. Bali, Bali,,

— In the massage room it was far too cold, despite the demand whether the air conditioning could be turned down — that was our sixth massage, the handles were different again but went slightly into pinching.
— staff were very nice, spontaneously got an appointment on the same day — the welcome drink was delicious — we probably wouldn't go again.

Much better than expected and the food was good. Not sure cocktails had any alcohol so I tried 8 of them to check and didn't pass out. Full of belching Aussies.

This experience has been absolutely brilliant. The staff members have been bith extremely welcoming and friendly but most of all exellent with my 2 & 3 year old daughters.

Spa is generally good. The masseuse provided a relaxing massage experience but it felt as if something was missing. It's almost as if I needed some pressure points pushed, but got passed over with a tender touch only. Otherwise the ambience is awesome and the price for the massage extremely reasonable.

We all loved this place especially when its christmasv time! Also a good place to have massages and nail painting!

We came to have dinner sunday night around 8pm. The place wasn't really crowded but waiter told that it's gonna be over 1 hour for mains. We had coctails while waiting, first margarita was like plain water, they changed it, still it was far from margarita. Tequila sunrise lacked the tequila too. We ordered surf and turf medium and t-bone medium rare, both came up well done and surf and turf wasn't beef fillet at all. Service was slow. They had Wi-Fi and bintang was cheap, only positives.

Absolutely love this hotel! I have stayed there twice (as recently as last week) and I couldn't be happier with the staff and service! Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and perfect location. Will be returning to Bali early next year and will definitely be staying at Febri's again! I can't speak highly enough of this incredible hotel!

I only came to Febris for the restaurant. Its a great layout and I had 6 meals here and tried a lot of the menu. The prices for food and drink were good and I never left disappointed. The char grilled steak was my favourite. Next time I'm in Bali I will come in again.

I highly recommend Febris Hotel for anyone of any age, it is very family friendly. The staff are lovely and ensure that you are happy and comfortable at all times, the food is delicious and the hotel is gorgeous and very close to clubs, shops and lots of restaurants. I have very much enjoyed my time here.

Near to kuta beach and the staff is nice.
