This was our 4th stay at the Eden and once again really enjoyed it. Staff friendly, great location.

I can reach malls, restaurants with delicious food from this hotel just on foot. Good hotel service, the food is good. I also like the hotel's restaurant concept, so I can enjoy city view while enjoying my meals. It also has a cofee bar, like it.

I don't even know where to start… everything was beyond great. The service is exceptional and the staff is very friendly. We had a great week in our home away from home… thank you.

We stayed here for 10 nights nice clean rooms the pool/ pool bar was fantastic.
The breakfast was not good it only catered for Indian and Chinese people not much Variety. If I stay there again (and I would) but I would not pay for breakfast Lots of other places near by.

Very nice hotel with all needs and tasty foods.

Stayed for a night, $35 with breakfast, breakfast was OK but missing some Indonesia meals like Nasi goreng etc. Room was comfortable for a night, this more of a 1/2 night stay hotel. Two nice pools. Staff were lovely. Good stay for transit hotel or a few nights.

Good. Food were good. The place was nice dan clean. Easy to go anywhere.

We are very pleased throughout the stay here. Ms Rizvhy and the staff here are helpful and efficient. Room was nicely decorated with honeymoon setup, last min arrangement for a driver to pick us.
Great location with amenities, shopping Malls, beaches at mere 5-10 mins walk We will come back again next time.

They Provided us a twin room for our honeymoon & waited for more than 30 Minutes to check in. Poor Service.

Best hotel most beautiful staff nothing beats Eden hotel Kuta I have a disability. I'm well looked after.

This hotel is situated in a good location on an accessible area of Kuta Beach. There are about 270 rooms across 6 floors. Our double room was spacious with good bathroom. We also had TV and air-conditioning. The room was cleaned daily. They provided coffee maker with daily replenishment. Also gave mineral water. The hotel is well maintained. The front office has courteous staff. Tour help available. The international breakfast had good vegetarian and egg options as well. We had comfortable stay here for 6 nights.

Hotel was fine. The way it ended leaves a bad impression. When checking out, I was quoted 19k for a ride to the airport, made sense since that's about the price I usually pay. I double and triple check that it's 19 and not 90, both numbers sounds the same. I ask about change for my larger currency bills. They informed me the driver had change. Well arriving at the airport, hotel driver had no change and it was 90k. Definitely disappointed.

A nice hotel at Kartika Plaza Bali. It is a good hotel where it is just a few meter from the Discovery Shopping center. Just along the hotel, there are very many resto that are good to visit as well. The hotel is near to the airport and the beach too. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is big and soft too.

The facilities are well maintained. The location is very convenient in terms of access for shopping, food places and beach. The kids club is a good place for kids to play. However, I wasn't very satisfied with the human aspect of the hospitality. The requests were not promptly attended to — had to request multiple times. The breakfast counters have a hard stop at 10am and people eating have to load up their plates if they eat beyond 10. The bigger swimming pool does not have easy access to a washroom. Be aware of these and you should have a decent experience.

Great for the budget conscious. Has all the basic amenities to make you comfortable. Some areas such as aircons and safes are of concern. As we changed rooms 3 times because of inoperative equipment. Staff more than willing to assist to. Met your needs. There is a large turn over of guests at the hotel with the place up and buzzing by 8am. So if you want a quite place this is not the place for you.

Really nice room with affordable price, fast access to pool. Although hallway quite dark even at day. Breakfast really is top with variable of choices and delicious.

My memories of Bali include humidity, rain, hot, sweat. My room at Eden Hotel was air-conditioned. Where did I spend most of my time? Correct. Beer in my room. Room service food. My advice? Wait'till the sun goes down then head out and walk around. The hotel was perfect and cheap. Next time I will use the swim up bar.

Basic 3 star hotel if want enjoy bali night life dnt expect any ambience n leisure.

Nice hotel. Clean and good service. Dishes in restaurant are delicious and various. My room is simple but fulfill all I need. Pool arent so wide and deep. Only good for children I guess. There is kids corner.

Professes to be 4 * but after living in it for 4 days would rate it as a budget hotel. House keeping is not up to the standard it should be. Wi fi is always wavering. The only good thing is the Buffett breakfast. Restaurant has only few items to order from.

Large Hotel, lovely staff, pool bar, room service, amenities changed daily. At the restaurant I had one of the best meals in Bali. Located near lots of shops and restaurants. Tours and taxi service available near reception. Free bike hire. Money changer on site, also doctor on site.

Nice ambience. Very courteous staff. Situated at the heart of the tourist hub, Kuta. Restaurants and convenience shops easily accessible and Kuta beach 15 minutes away by foot.

This place is very clean tidy with the friendly staff. There foods also really tasty. They have a pool bar and all the balconies towards the pool.

Very basic hotel. Room was bit small and the bar fridge was even smaller. Friendly staff at counter. Breakfast buffet was a let down, not much hot food, except some boiled sausages and you needed to line up for the eggs to be cooked. Convenient location, however will not stay there again. Always got hassled by girls outside the small shops on the way back to the hotel. Overall it was alright for short stay.

Lovely place. Easy access to local food (US$10 for a family dinner) to western A&W, KFC. Walking distance (20') to Kuta beach.

Well price, great staff, nice clean simple rooms, close to the action in Kuta including the airport. Two nice sized pools — one especially good for the kids. There is also a kids club on site if parents needs some time out to see Kuta. I have stayed here 4 times — would go back again. Good buffet breakfast as well.

Rooms at first sight clean, but come slowly in the years. With a closer look at the corners, there is something to complain about here and there. Air conditioning should be maintained — has not cooled at all despite cold stage. Reception always busy, but always friendly.
Underground parking space for rental scooters is free of charge.

I spent 11 nights at the Eden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My mum aircon was faulty and the staff were very helpful in moving her into a new room.

Rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful at any moment you need them. The reception was nice and warm :) … there are two swimmingpools different from each other one of them with a bar… I very recommend it to stay in.

Stay 2 nights here. Unlike Harris, not too many foreigners here. Mostly domestic tourists. The location near the shopping center. Hotel banana nuanced, the walls even decorated with photos of banana leaves. Can have an adult pool view room. There are 2 pools for children and adults. Adult 1.2 m. My son is happy there is a playground here. The employees are friendly friendly. Breakfastnya many manifold, fit for family.

Stayed here for 2 nights towards the end of our travels around Asia and I can't rate it any higher. You get so much for the amount you pay. A huge comfortable room and nice shower, a massive breakfast buffet with every kind of food you could imagine, great room service, 2 fab swimming pools (that we had to ourselves most of the time) and staff that will go above and beyond to help you and are never short of friendly smiles. A special mention for Sandy for the amazing entertainment every night! Highly recommend this place.

NOT RECOMENDED sekali … pelayanan yg buruk dan sngat mengecewakan selama sy menginap di eden hotel bulan jul'16 ini. saat cek in dpt kamarnya lama dan cek out. Kekurangan staff hotel utk mengatur baik saat bersih2 kamar, mengantar bagasi, saat dikolam renang dan jg direstaurant. Staff nya kurang ramah apalagi bila ada org local dan luar beda nya sangat jauh sekali pelayanan nya. Cukup sekali dan terakhir sy menginap di eden hotel.

Nice hotel with great location (especially for Waterbom park and Lippo Mall). Short walk to Kuta Square with many department stores and shops alike. Clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Wi-Fi in rooms on 6th floor is poor, other floors are better. Buffet breakfast is reasonable, but for the price it's actually good value. Cocktails (at least the Margaritas) were really bad, they managed to reach the bottom of what we've ever tried! However, the good price, cleanliness and location of this hotel makes up for the less impressive parts.

I have been to many hotels but this hotel is different from all. Best staff ever every single person who works here give u regards. Food is just awesome. Will recommend to stay here. Thanks to all the lovely staff. Will be staying here again thats for sure.

Pro — Clean room — got most of the necessities you need Con — alot of drunken tourists talking loudly til 1 or 2am — long coridoors like a jail cell? You can hear people walking pass your room every time — No privacy on the balcony, everyone can see each other. — long walk till you get to your room, over 200 rooms — room service food was ok — the staffs here are ok but not that friendly.

The hotel staff are all very lovely remember your names & treat you with great respect.

Tempat yg nyaman buat istirahat Bersih; suka banget nuansa hijaunya; koneksi Wi-Fi nya berdedikasi ; tidak begitu mahal; dan ramah. Akses ke pantai dekat, ke pusat perbelanjaan, tiket, agen guide, & money changer jg banyak. Minusnya: foodnya kurang spicy dan kolamnya hanya 0.7 m. Itu ajah. Yang laen: good good good Tempat yg Rekom banget.

A recommended place to sleep at Bali, located in the center of Kuta Beach, a reliable location for a not that pricey hotel, not only that its service is beyond success. A 4-star hotel with a 5-star Quality, its essence of decor gives life out.

The hotel is really relaxing with a calm green colour in every room. The rooms are amazing and it proves to be a very organised, clean and appealing hotel. I recommend it to people who spend alot of time in their rooms, because they are truly relaxing.
