I only stayed here for 2 nights and I was always out side. The person who checked me in was very friendly, I think his name was Arya (not sure) and the 2nd favorite staff was Miss Intan from Guest Relation. This hotel has a "nice but always full" swimming pool so you need to reserve your towel early in the morning to get the best space :) As their Platinum member, you get free breakfast which I love the most from the Hotel. See you soon!

Very nice hotel & friendly staff. Room was nice & clean. Very convenient place for shopping. Easy to take a private car from hotel or lobby to visit far places. However, Aqua spa is not good! The bed sheets were dirty smelly and oily. They hadn’t changed them. I really don’t recommend the Aqua spa, instead try nearby cheaper spas, we visited one every evening and they were much better.

Room service was quick and easy to order food from the restaurant. Big room size, clean and very comfortable. They help us to print boarding pass… everything was perfect!

Best place in Bali to hang out or stay. 20-30 mins from the airport depending on traffic conditions. Awesome sunset and great clean beach. Clear blue sky and blue water. Has great nightlife too. Lots of clubs and restaurants. Many spas and shopping markets. Has discovery mall adjacent to the beach which has lots of variety of shops. Also has a snow park.

Location is ok. But the double bed is actually combination of 2 twin beds and you can still feel the pit in the middle. Of course, 2 separate blankets. Place not as clean as the ads where everything is fresh. Staff are mostly helpful.

Nice old place. All the staff very helpful. Entrance is not impressive, smells like damp cloth, but reception, room, pool, restaurant, and bar are excellent. Not recommend to drive the car due to parking lot limitation and no vallet service provided.

I took king size bed. Room did not have a gallery. No ventilation. Bad smell. Manual controlled AC, No remote was provided. I was on a honeymoon trip. It was complete waste of money although I paid more for a better room. I won't recommend.

The location of the hotel is superb. The check in process was easy but check in counters are located on first floor instead of ground floor. I got a room without street view and no natural sunlight, really is quite depressing. If only they could have mentioned this clearly in their website before I booked my room. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of choices from local Indonesian delicacies to continental breakfast. Staffs were all very friendly and polite. The reason I gave this hotel a 3 starsrating is because it's quite run down especially their bathroom and bathtubs with some stains due to the water quality and the fact that not all the rooms have natural sun light. Apart from these, it's a good place to stay with good location and kind locals.

Great bed, huge rainforest shower and the best breakfast in Bali. The Riva Restaurant has an amazing view & delicious food. Love the infinity pool too. This place is great.

The beach view suite rooms are too good to stay. There was shower issue in my room but the hotel got the same rectified within an hour. Good staff. Nice breakfast spread and quality. Loved the experience!

Best position, overlooking the ocean at Kuta beach roof top pool looking at the beach and water. Two doors up from Hard Rock Resort. Lovely staff and great restaurant over looking the beach too.

Looking good on the pictures but the reality is different. Mouldy smell everywhere in the hotel, we stayed in room 302 and smell was even stronger. Strong 3stars hotel. Staff is helpful and professional.

The rooms are neat and well maintained by the house keeping staff. Easy access to the beach and also the terrace view to the beach is an amazing experience. It was my first stay and I stayed in lagoon room and was an extraordinary experience out there.

Good location (right on the beach) and well maintained rooms are the good things about the hotel. Food and lack of information about check in requirements (carry the card you booked the room with) are the bad things. Some rooms need major fixations (one night it might rain and if there is a leak then the clothes in the wardrobe would all get wet, and then the hotel might try to charge you to dry the clothes). It is also surprising that they refuse to provide filtered water at the hotel bar, and a bottle of water costs more than a bottle of beer at normal prices! However, most of the staff are friendly, and will try to solve your problems if you ask. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast buffet options are plenty, though taste could have been better.

Love coming here. Friendly staff always ready to help you. Foods great and the price is right. Right across from the beach :)

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Kuta beach. Lovely sea view from my room. The beach is just across the road. Nice infinity pool. Always chill there during sunset. Staff were very friendly. T Their GM was in the lobby greeting and talking to guests sometimes which is really.

Bali was a dream destination which was luring us since many years. The beach in front of this hotel was a default family location thriving on white sand and turquoise water allowing every age group to have a blast.
Kuta Beach heritage resort Bali was a perfect bet for our family stay in Indonesia. It savored our senses the moment we were greeted by their representative at the airport. He was very sweet and good person. He had our plaquard clearly spelled out near the exit. It took us ten minutes to reach the down town area where our hotel was there. We enjoyed the beach view room completely. The receptionist was very quick with picking out details and we did not have to waste a lot of time in check in. She spontaneously understood that we were Accor plus Platinum members and helped us for our smooth movement. Hard Rock Cafe, Pizza hut, Mc Donald were adjoining our hotel. We chose the vegetarian pizza and potato wedges with litchi swirl drink at the Pizza hut. It was very normally priced, had a family atmosphere with loads of kids. They had a balloon activity going which my daughter just loved it. I was not expecting it to be that great as I just returned from hard Rock Cafe which was so dead, overtly priced and stinking. Hard Rock Cafe Bali is so famous and some how it completely disappointed me. We came to our room loved the balcony the fresh breeze, the bathrooms were extra ordinary, spacious and different.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and polite service. However, the Hotel didn’t do anything to make my wife and I feel special on our honeymoon. No champagne, chocolates or room upgrade. They just left a sad piece of cake in the fridge wishing us a Happy Honeymoon.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, at your disposal anytime. But, there is a lot of noise, bathroom and toilets are in the room which is not convenient. My feeling is the hotel don't deserve five stars, overrated, and too expensive.

Great location — right across the street from the beach, with tons of surf rentals out there. Rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool we're very cool. Dinner was delicious. There was live singer and musician that made it fun! Comfortable stay. The only downside is that a lot of the rooms are faced internally, so you don't get any natural lighting, which I like to have some even if you don't have a great view.

One of the Best hotel experience, love swimming pool and friendly staff. The only downsize is I couldnt get early checked in due to busy period and room wasnt ready. But overall I am satisfied. I recommend it.

Today April 14, 2017 my room # 132 # was messy there is no staff care with it. Which is I went out after breakfast then back to my room was dirty then I am going to the fourth floor for swimming then after that back to the room again still dirty. Didn't know why. Probably need more training for the HK staff especially, so they know what they have to do. ** cheers.

Nice hotel with good view. The room is also wonderful with super comfy bed. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and complete, but I see a man with chef uniform named Ugiarta and I asked for special request for my food that I will order the day after that and he just easily said "tomorrow I off" then just left me. I was shocked and this one probably my worst experience I've ever had! so disappointed with that service after I amazed with this hotel!

Good rooms. Friendly staff. Massive breakfast. Nice pool area. The only issue was that both nights I stayed there, there were some sort of repairing work going on in the floor above. Someone was beating the hell out of the wall with a hammer. On second night, I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff and it was dealt with in about 15 minutes. To compensate for this, the hotel offered me free drop off to the airport.

It was wonderful experience rooftop bar and view is awesome, we had some issues but sushi one of the manager looked after it very well thanks to her and other staff members for a pleasant stay bar whira onka and joshua did a great job At last but not least lobby staff Big thanks to sushi.

The price/quality ratio is really not top. The rooms facing the street are very badly isolated so very noisy. The cleanliness of the bathroom is not great. The breakfast is not great either. In short, we can find much better for cheaper.

Nice hotel! Its on a very strategic spot and also good service. I like the rooms theyre comfortable. But be preapared for the noisy nights especially for the holiday seasons. I also like this hotel for the good connection Wi-Fi and also good connection on indonesian sim cards around the hotel.

We stayed at Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel for a couple of days in August 2015. We booked it as it seemed like it had a good location and the price was pretty decent. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it didn’t take that long and it cost 120.000 Rupiah. Check in was pretty fast and it seemed like I had managed to book a twin room but the guy who checked us in managed to switch it to a king-size bed room. We got room 116 located on the same floor as the lobby. The room was surprisingly nice upon entering – wooden flooring, light walls and decent size king-size bed. There was a big flat screen TV on the wall, a desk, a holder for a suitcase and also a furniture that seemed to be like an old school suitcase. When opening the top of this it contained a water boiler, water, cups etc and the bottom part had a fridge with a limited selection of drinks. Wi-Fi was included and worked pretty well. The bathroom was partially integrated in the room – the two basins were separated from the room with only a curtain and two mirrors – the toilet and shower were in two separate cubicles with frosted glass to give some privacy. There also a good selection of amenities including tooth brush, loofah, comb etc in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We did have some problems with the room.

The location is very good with many small restaurant around it and access to the beach is just a few steps away. BUT! The service staff working in the hotel just know how to smile and reply all yours complain or feedback with a smile and do nothing to it. Why this hotel get a good rating because Accor took over. Guess the pervious management screw up and lost it profit. But Accor took over it and didn't change the staff there. I will not even recommend to my most hated friend!

The shower room has smelling of drainage. Other than that, everything is good.
